【摘要】：目的研究中國食藥監(jiān)系統(tǒng)食品藥品安全應急演練與培訓項目建設。方法研究整理歐盟食品藥品安全應急演練與培訓相關情況,對比研究我國食藥監(jiān)系統(tǒng)食品藥品應急演練與培訓。結果對我國食藥監(jiān)系統(tǒng)食品藥品應急演練與培訓項目建設進行探索與展望,并提出相關思考與啟示。結論應大力強化食品藥品安全應急演練與培訓,創(chuàng)新演練形式與演練內容,著力建立分層次分領域的應急演練機制,重突出實戰(zhàn)應急演練,并注重應急演練評估。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the emergency exercise and training project construction of food and drug safety in China Food and Drug Supervision system. Methods the related situation of food and drug safety emergency exercise and training in EU was studied, and the food and drug emergency exercise and training of food and drug supervision system in China were compared. Results the construction of food and drug emergency exercise and training project of food and drug supervision system in China was explored and prospected, and the related thinking and enlightenment were put forward. Conclusion the emergency exercise and training of food and drug safety should be strengthened, the form and content of the exercise should be innovated, the mechanism of emergency exercise should be established at different levels and fields, the actual combat emergency exercise should be emphasized, and the evaluation of emergency exercise should be paid attention to.
