【摘要】：聚焦中國(guó)對(duì)非洲直接投資的效率評(píng)價(jià)問(wèn)題,筆者運(yùn)用超效率DEA方法,選取2008年~2014年中國(guó)對(duì)非洲投資20個(gè)東道國(guó)的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,以反映中國(guó)對(duì)非洲投資效率的差異和變化趨勢(shì)。結(jié)果表明:中國(guó)對(duì)非洲多數(shù)東道國(guó)直接投資效率處于中、低水平且投資效率的國(guó)別差異較大,對(duì)多數(shù)國(guó)家投資的效率呈現(xiàn)出穩(wěn)中有升趨勢(shì)。中國(guó)對(duì)非洲各東道國(guó)投資效率呈現(xiàn)出收斂態(tài)勢(shì),投資效率高的東道國(guó)空間集聚效應(yīng)明顯。筆者提出了調(diào)整投資規(guī)模、優(yōu)化投資區(qū)位選擇、采取有效投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控策略,實(shí)施本土化策略,增強(qiáng)投資產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚能力,改善非洲投資環(huán)境,提高東道國(guó)投資利用水平等對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Focusing on the efficiency evaluation of China's direct investment in Africa, the author uses the super-efficiency DEA method to conduct empirical research on the 20 host countries of China's investment in Africa from 2008 to 2014. In order to reflect China's investment efficiency in Africa differences and trends. The results show that the efficiency of China's direct investment in most host countries in Africa is in the middle, the low level and the difference of the investment efficiency are large, and the efficiency of investment in most countries shows a steady trend. China's investment efficiency in the African host countries shows a convergence trend, and the spatial agglomeration effect of the host countries with high investment efficiency is obvious. The author proposes to adjust investment scale, optimize investment location, adopt effective investment risk prevention and control strategy, implement localization strategy, strengthen investment industry agglomeration ability, and improve investment environment in Africa. Improve the level of host country investment and other countermeasures.
