快遞站點(diǎn)貨柜存儲(chǔ)空間動(dòng)態(tài)分配優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著國(guó)內(nèi)電子商務(wù)市場(chǎng)的蓬勃發(fā)展,快遞企業(yè)作為物流服務(wù)的主要承接商,也面臨著諸多亟需解決的問(wèn)題,其中一個(gè)典型的問(wèn)題就是:快遞業(yè)務(wù)量的迅速上升,對(duì)快遞站點(diǎn)如何高效利用其貨柜存儲(chǔ)空間提出了嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。如何應(yīng)用現(xiàn)有的管理科學(xué)方法優(yōu)化分配快遞站點(diǎn)的有限貨柜存儲(chǔ)空間,則成為一個(gè)非常具有理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)應(yīng)用價(jià)值的研究課題;诖,本文根據(jù)快遞站點(diǎn)貨柜存儲(chǔ)空間分配的特點(diǎn),嘗試構(gòu)建合理有效的優(yōu)化模型,以幫助快遞站點(diǎn)制定貨柜存儲(chǔ)空間動(dòng)態(tài)分配計(jì)劃。首先,為有效預(yù)測(cè)在未來(lái)不遠(yuǎn)時(shí)期內(nèi)的快遞業(yè)務(wù)量變化,本文構(gòu)建集成ARIMA-NN模型,用以刻畫(huà)快遞站點(diǎn)業(yè)務(wù)量的時(shí)間序列數(shù)據(jù)變化規(guī)律,進(jìn)而預(yù)測(cè)未來(lái)短期內(nèi)的貨柜需求量。其次,本文分別在不考慮空車(chē)配載和考慮空車(chē)配載的情況下,構(gòu)建兩類(lèi)快遞站點(diǎn)貨柜存儲(chǔ)空間的時(shí)空網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化模型并設(shè)計(jì)了相應(yīng)的求解算法,模型實(shí)質(zhì)為多個(gè)相互關(guān)聯(lián)的0-1整數(shù)規(guī)劃模型的整合;算例及敏感性分析表明:根據(jù)該模型的求解結(jié)果,快遞站點(diǎn)在各個(gè)時(shí)間點(diǎn)上的貨柜存儲(chǔ)空間分配情況均得到清晰的展現(xiàn)。最后,本文在綜合考量多個(gè)快遞站點(diǎn)之間關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化與擴(kuò)展之前構(gòu)建的時(shí)空網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型,并應(yīng)用該模型確定多個(gè)快遞站點(diǎn)之間的最佳運(yùn)輸路線(xiàn),然后根據(jù)每個(gè)快遞站點(diǎn)快件到達(dá)的時(shí)間與數(shù)量,求得每個(gè)快遞站點(diǎn)的最佳貨柜分配策略。本文的研究成果不僅適用于解決快遞站點(diǎn)貨柜存儲(chǔ)空間的動(dòng)態(tài)分配問(wèn)題,還可以用于其它可循環(huán)利用的空間資源分配問(wèn)題,如醫(yī)院病床的分配、木材堆放場(chǎng)規(guī)劃等問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of domestic e-commerce market, express delivery enterprises, as the main carriers of logistics services, are also faced with many problems that need to be solved, one of which is the rapid increase of express delivery business. Express station how to efficiently use its container storage space put forward a severe challenge. How to optimize the allocation of limited container storage space in express delivery stations by using the existing management scientific methods has become a research topic of great theoretical significance and practical application value. Based on this, according to the characteristics of container storage space allocation at express stations, this paper tries to build a reasonable and effective optimization model to help express stations to formulate the dynamic distribution plan of container storage space. Firstly, in order to effectively predict the changes of express delivery volume in the near future, this paper constructs an integrated ARIMA-NN model to describe the time series data changes of express traffic, and then predict the container demand in the near future. Secondly, this paper constructs the optimization model of the container storage space of two kinds of express stations and designs the corresponding algorithm without considering the empty car loading and the empty car loading. The model is essentially the integration of multiple interrelated 0-1 integer programming models. Numerical examples and sensitivity analysis show that the distribution of container storage space at each time point is clearly displayed according to the solution result of the model. Finally, on the basis of synthetically considering the relationship between multiple express delivery stations, this paper further optimizes and extends the space-time network model constructed before, and uses the model to determine the best transportation route between multiple express stations. Then according to the arrival time and quantity of express shipment, the best container allocation strategy is obtained. The research results of this paper are not only suitable for solving the dynamic allocation of container storage space in express delivery stations, but also for other reusable spatial resource allocation problems, such as the allocation of hospital beds, the planning of timber storage yard, and so on.
