【摘要】：當(dāng)今中國(guó)正處于經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型期,由成本競(jìng)爭(zhēng)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樾鼙颂馗?jìng)爭(zhēng)的過(guò)程,是一條符合中國(guó)國(guó)情的現(xiàn)實(shí)之路。通過(guò)對(duì)中國(guó)等10個(gè)樣本國(guó)家1991—2013年的數(shù)據(jù)運(yùn)用DEA-Malmquist指數(shù)法進(jìn)行了測(cè)度,對(duì)中國(guó)的技術(shù)趕超路徑進(jìn)行了實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明,中國(guó)主要依靠技術(shù)創(chuàng)新來(lái)促進(jìn)全要素生產(chǎn)率提高,進(jìn)而推動(dòng)自身技術(shù)向技術(shù)前沿邁進(jìn),且該趕超速度是穩(wěn)步提升的,但是并未顯著縮短與美國(guó)和日本這樣的技術(shù)前沿國(guó)家的差距。而與其他新興國(guó)家相比,中國(guó)的技術(shù)趕超路徑的推進(jìn)速度較快,但是對(duì)已有技術(shù)的引進(jìn)消化再吸收能力較弱。
[Abstract]:At present, China is in the economic transition period. The process from cost competition to Schumpeter competition is a realistic road in accordance with China's national conditions. By using the DEA-Malmquist index method to measure the data of 10 sample countries such as China from 1991 to 2013, this paper makes an empirical test on the technological overtaking path of China. The results show that China mainly relies on technological innovation to promote the increase of total factor productivity (TFP), thus pushing its technology forward to the technological frontier, and the speed of catching up and surpassing is steadily increasing. But it has not significantly narrowed the gap with leading technology countries such as the United States and Japan. Compared with other emerging countries, China's technology catch-up path advances faster, but the ability to import, digest and reabsorb the existing technology is weak.
