【摘要】：本文將城市老工業(yè)區(qū)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、突出問題和發(fā)展前景作為研究老工業(yè)區(qū)調(diào)整與更新的三個切入點,分析了老工業(yè)區(qū)污染工業(yè)發(fā)展的兩難境地和企業(yè)搬遷行為面臨的現(xiàn)實挑戰(zhàn),指出實現(xiàn)城市老工業(yè)區(qū)的轉(zhuǎn)型與更新,要始終圍繞結構調(diào)整、體制創(chuàng)新、城市功能完善、環(huán)境保護和社會民生等方面,全面推進老工業(yè)區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)、城市、社會及環(huán)境的綜合調(diào)整升級。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the status quo, prominent problems and development prospects of the old urban industrial zone are taken as the three starting points to study the adjustment and renewal of the old industrial zone, and the dilemma of the development of the polluting industry in the old industrial zone and the realistic challenges faced by the relocation behavior of the enterprises are analyzed. It is pointed out that in order to realize the transformation and renewal of the old urban industrial zone, it is necessary to promote the old industrial zone industry and the city in an all-round way, focusing on the aspects of structural adjustment, system innovation, urban function perfection, environmental protection and social livelihood, etc. Comprehensive adjustment and upgrading of society and environment.
