【摘要】：近年來(lái),西方學(xué)者提出"向中國(guó)學(xué)習(xí)宏觀調(diào)控"的呼聲不絕于耳。事實(shí)上,新常態(tài)下,我國(guó)面對(duì)嚴(yán)峻復(fù)雜的發(fā)展環(huán)境,每一次宏觀調(diào)控都需要接受來(lái)自世界的評(píng)判和考驗(yàn)。大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代,無(wú)疑給宏觀調(diào)控帶來(lái)一次極好的革新機(jī)會(huì)。借助大數(shù)據(jù),挖掘和創(chuàng)新宏觀調(diào)控的指標(biāo)體系,推進(jìn)完善宏觀調(diào)控分析研判機(jī)制、政策儲(chǔ)備機(jī)制與落實(shí)機(jī)制、評(píng)估調(diào)整機(jī)制的滾動(dòng)閉環(huán),支持宏觀調(diào)控科學(xué)化,推動(dòng)國(guó)家治理精準(zhǔn)化。
[Abstract]:In recent years, Western scholars put forward to learn from China macro-control calls. In fact, under the new normal, our country faces the severe complex development environment, each macroeconomic regulation and control needs to accept the judgment and the test from the world. Big data era, no doubt to macro-control to bring an excellent opportunity for innovation. With the help of big data, we can tap and innovate the index system of macro-control, advance and improve the mechanism of macro-control analysis and judgment, the mechanism of policy reserve and implementation, and evaluate the rolling closed-loop of the adjustment mechanism, so as to support the scientization of macro-control. Promote the precision of national governance.
