【摘要】：在勞資談判中,談判力雖然是直接影響勞資分配結(jié)果的重要因素,但學(xué)界對(duì)談判力的研究卻不成系統(tǒng);散見于經(jīng)典理論與文獻(xiàn)中的描述使學(xué)界對(duì)談判力的認(rèn)識(shí)僅局限于一個(gè)模糊的概念和經(jīng)驗(yàn)性總結(jié)。非合作與合作博弈理論為研究談判力提供了一個(gè)分析框架。用博弈論構(gòu)建談判力的理論基礎(chǔ),利用博弈模型解釋勞資談判力,在博弈的分析框架下梳理有關(guān)影響談判力的影響因素,使之成為完整系統(tǒng)的談判力理論。針對(duì)我國資強(qiáng)勞弱的現(xiàn)狀,從合作博弈與非合作博弈角度分別梳理了我國勞資談判力的影響因素,基于此提出了系統(tǒng)平衡勞資談判力的政策建議。
[Abstract]:In labor negotiations, bargaining power is an important factor that directly affects the result of labor distribution, but the academic research on bargaining power is not systematic. The description in classical theory and literature makes the understanding of negotiating power limited to a vague concept and empirical summary. The theory of non-cooperative and cooperative game provides an analytical framework for the study of bargaining power. Using game theory to construct the theoretical basis of bargaining power, using the game model to explain the bargaining power of labor and capital, combing the influence factors of bargaining power under the frame of game analysis, making it a complete and systematic theory of bargaining power. In view of the current situation of strong labor and weak labor in our country, this paper combs the influencing factors of labor bargaining power in China from the angle of cooperative game and non-cooperative game, and puts forward some policy suggestions on balancing the bargaining power of labor and capital systematically.
