【摘要】：自1984年點(diǎn)—軸系統(tǒng)理論提出以來,至今已有32年的時(shí)間了,對(duì)我國學(xué)術(shù)界和國家戰(zhàn)略決策產(chǎn)生了重要影響。文章對(duì)這一產(chǎn)生于中國土壤上的地理學(xué)理論及區(qū)域發(fā)展空間結(jié)構(gòu)模式提出的背景、形成與發(fā)展過程、理論意義和實(shí)踐應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了全面的回顧和闡述。研究認(rèn)為,點(diǎn)—軸系統(tǒng)理論揭示了點(diǎn)軸之間的互動(dòng)關(guān)系,跳出了傳統(tǒng)區(qū)位論中單一要素和靜態(tài)的思維模式,重視對(duì)市場(chǎng)因素的考量,是基于我國有限資源條件下區(qū)域發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)移的最優(yōu)路徑。由點(diǎn)—軸系統(tǒng)理論中提出的"T"字型沿海和沿江經(jīng)濟(jì)布局被納入《全國國土總體規(guī)劃綱要》,成為我國重要的區(qū)域發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。點(diǎn)—軸系統(tǒng)理論和點(diǎn)—軸空間布局模式在諸多國家和區(qū)域戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃中得到廣泛的應(yīng)用。隨著我國區(qū)域規(guī)劃的興起與發(fā)展,經(jīng)濟(jì)地理學(xué)者們不斷地將點(diǎn)—軸系統(tǒng)理論應(yīng)用擴(kuò)大至各類型、各專業(yè)的區(qū)域戰(zhàn)略決策中。文章將有助于有關(guān)領(lǐng)域?qū)W者具體了解其內(nèi)涵和意義,促進(jìn)我國學(xué)者在區(qū)域發(fā)展研究實(shí)踐中取得更多的創(chuàng)新成果。
[Abstract]:Since the point axis system theory was put forward in 1984, it has been 32 years ago, and has had an important influence on the strategic decision of the Chinese academia and the country. The article puts forward the background, the formation and development process, the theoretical significance and the practical application of the geography theory and the regional development spatial structure pattern on the Chinese soil. The study shows that the point axis system theory reveals the interaction between the point axes and jumps out the single element and the static thinking mode in the traditional location theory, and attaches great importance to the consideration of the market factors. It is based on the optimal path of regional development strategy transfer under the limited resource conditions in China. The economic layout of the "T" characters along the coast and along the river has been incorporated into the national overall plan of national land planning. It has become an important regional development strategy in China. The point axis system theory and the point and axis spatial layout model have been widely used in many national and regional strategic planning. With the rise and development of regional planning in China, economic geographers We continue to expand the application of the theory of point axis system to the regional strategic decisions of various types. The article will help the scholars in the field to understand its connotation and significance, and promote more innovative achievements of Chinese scholars in the research and practice of regional development.
