【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的快速發(fā)展以及市場需求的與日俱增,國內(nèi)貨運(yùn)企業(yè)的數(shù)量在不斷增多,再加之越來越多的外國貨運(yùn)組織進(jìn)駐中國市場,使得我國現(xiàn)有的國內(nèi)貨運(yùn)企業(yè)面臨的市場競爭越來越激烈。貨運(yùn)企業(yè)提高競爭的根本辦法有兩個:第一是降低企業(yè)的運(yùn)輸成本,第二則是提高企業(yè)的服務(wù)質(zhì)量。而建立一個高效、合理的營運(yùn)網(wǎng)絡(luò),既能有效降低運(yùn)輸成本、減輕企業(yè)自身的經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān),同時又能為客戶提供良好的服務(wù),獲得客戶的信賴,吸引更多的客戶。所以建立高效合理的營運(yùn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)是貨運(yùn)企業(yè)滿足市場需求、增強(qiáng)企業(yè)競爭力的必然選擇。綜合運(yùn)輸具有運(yùn)輸效率高、運(yùn)輸成本低并且可以實(shí)現(xiàn)運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)的無縫連接等獨(dú)有的競爭優(yōu)勢,這使其逐漸成為國內(nèi)乃至全球運(yùn)輸行業(yè)競相發(fā)展的運(yùn)輸服務(wù)組織形式。因此,構(gòu)建、優(yōu)化綜合貨運(yùn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)成為貨運(yùn)企業(yè)提高市場競爭力的發(fā)展方向。但是各貨運(yùn)公司面臨的問題各不相同,應(yīng)有針對性的進(jìn)行貨運(yùn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的設(shè)計,以尋求最適合企業(yè)的運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò),從而提高企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會形象。本文的選題正是在這樣的背景下產(chǎn)生的:針對某貨運(yùn)公司(A公司)運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò)存在的問題,為其建立高效合理的區(qū)域綜合貨運(yùn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)提供可行性方案。.文章首先介紹了綜合貨運(yùn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)知識,然后簡要介紹了A公司的基本情況、節(jié)點(diǎn)分布情況,以及公司對建立的區(qū)域綜合貨運(yùn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的整體要求,從而得出A公司在該區(qū)域可以建立的是混合軸輻式的貨運(yùn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)。本文將按照貨流量的預(yù)測、貨運(yùn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的設(shè)計、貨運(yùn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析比較的順序進(jìn)行設(shè)計。首先,通過用預(yù)測軟件對公司過去歷史數(shù)據(jù)的分析,選用合適的預(yù)測方法對公司未來的貨流量進(jìn)行預(yù)測,再通過分析日貨運(yùn)量的波動情況,為設(shè)計的貨運(yùn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)估計合適的日貨運(yùn)流量。然后對貨運(yùn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)計做了較為詳細(xì)的描述,構(gòu)建了一個在途時間限制條件下有多種運(yùn)輸方式的軸輻式樞紐網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型,并用禁忌搜索算法對其進(jìn)行求解。最后通過將設(shè)計的網(wǎng)絡(luò)與現(xiàn)實(shí)情況比較,以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)的總運(yùn)營成本與現(xiàn)有網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)營成本的比較,得出設(shè)計的網(wǎng)絡(luò)的合理性和有效性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy and society and the increasing market demand, the number of domestic freight enterprises is increasing, and more foreign freight organizations are entering the Chinese market. Make our country's existing domestic freight enterprises face more and more fierce competition in the market. There are two basic ways for freight enterprises to improve competition: first, to reduce the transportation cost of enterprises, and second, to improve the service quality of enterprises. The establishment of an efficient and reasonable operation network can effectively reduce the transportation cost and reduce the economic burden of the enterprise itself, at the same time, it can provide good service for customers, gain the trust of customers, attract more customers. Therefore, the establishment of efficient and reasonable operation network is the inevitable choice for freight enterprises to meet the market demand and enhance their competitiveness. Integrated transportation has unique competitive advantages such as high transportation efficiency, low transportation cost and the ability to realize seamless connection of transportation network, which makes it gradually become a form of transportation service organization which is developing in the domestic and even global transportation industries. Therefore, the construction and optimization of integrated freight network has become the development direction of freight enterprises to improve their market competitiveness. However, the problems faced by each freight company are different, so the design of freight network should be targeted in order to find the most suitable transportation network for the enterprise, so as to improve the economic benefit and social image of the enterprise. The topic of this paper is produced under such a background: a freight company (A company) transport network problems, for its establishment of efficient and reasonable regional integrated freight network to provide a feasible scheme. This paper first introduces the basic knowledge of the integrated freight network, then briefly introduces the basic situation of company A, the distribution of nodes, and the overall requirements of the regional integrated freight network established by the company. It is concluded that A company can build a hybrid axle and spoke freight network in this area. This paper will design according to the prediction of cargo flow, the design of freight network and the sequence of analysis and comparison of freight network. First of all, by using forecasting software to analyze the company's past historical data, select the appropriate forecasting method to forecast the company's future cargo flow, and then analyze the fluctuation of the daily freight volume. Estimate the appropriate daily freight flow for the designed freight network. Then, the design of freight network is described in detail, and a model of axis-radial hub network with multiple transportation modes is constructed under the condition of travel time restriction, and solved by Tabu search algorithm. Finally, the rationality and effectiveness of the designed network are obtained by comparing the designed network with the reality and the total operating cost of the network with the existing network operation cost.
