【摘要】：采用數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析(DEA)模型測度京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展的動態(tài)效度,并分析導(dǎo)致三地協(xié)同度差異的原因。研究結(jié)果表明,京津冀地區(qū)協(xié)同發(fā)展效度并沒有達到最優(yōu),但協(xié)同度總體效率越來越好;北京、天津的協(xié)同度大于河北;京津冀三地的投入要素使得產(chǎn)出最大化,但投入與產(chǎn)出比例沒有達到最優(yōu)。最后,依據(jù)京津冀協(xié)同效度和發(fā)展定位提出了相應(yīng)的對策建議。
[Abstract]:The dynamic validity of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cooperative development was measured by using data envelopment analysis (DEAA) model, and the reasons leading to the difference of coordination degree among the three regions were analyzed. The results show that the effectiveness of coordinated development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is not optimal, but the overall efficiency of synergy is getting better and better; the synergy of Beijing, Tianjin is greater than that of Hebei; the input elements of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei make the output maximized. But the ratio of input to output is not optimal. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward according to the synergistic validity and development orientation of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
