【摘要】：隨著企業(yè)的發(fā)展,規(guī)模的擴大,自有資金已經(jīng)不能滿足企業(yè)的發(fā)展需求,即使硬件設施跟得上,但是由于資金不足,不能投入生產(chǎn),往往會導致錯失良機,造成損失。這時候很多企業(yè)會選擇借款去進行投資或者繼續(xù)擴大規(guī)模,提高自身的競爭力,從而獲得更大的利潤。負債經(jīng)營可以給企業(yè)帶來利潤,但是同時,也存在各種各樣的風險,稍有不慎,就會陷入財務危機。本文結合佳兆業(yè)集團的實例,分析企業(yè)在負債經(jīng)營中存在的各種風險,使企業(yè)正確認識這種籌資方式,改善資金狀況、規(guī)避風險,實現(xiàn)企業(yè)利潤最大化。
[Abstract]:With the development of enterprises and the expansion of scale, their own funds can not meet the development needs of enterprises, even if the hardware facilities can keep up, but due to the lack of funds, can not put into production, will often lead to missed opportunities, resulting in losses. At this point, many companies will choose to borrow to invest or continue to expand their scale, improve their competitiveness, thereby making greater profits. Debt management can bring profit to enterprises, but at the same time, there are all kinds of risks, a little carelessness, will fall into financial crisis. Combined with the example of Jiazhao Group, this paper analyzes the various risks existing in the debt management of the enterprises, so that the enterprises can correctly understand the financing mode, improve the capital situation, avoid the risks and realize the maximization of the profits of the enterprises.
