【摘要】：中共十八大明確提出我國要走新型城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展道路,舊城改造屬于新型城鎮(zhèn)化的一項重要內(nèi)容。為解決舊城改造建設(shè)方案的選取問題,首先構(gòu)建舊城改造建設(shè)方案的評價指標(biāo)體系,通過AHP-熵權(quán)法對各項指標(biāo)的權(quán)重進(jìn)行計算并與模糊綜合評價法相結(jié)合,對舊城改造建設(shè)方案進(jìn)行了評價。最后通過實例來進(jìn)行論證該方法的科學(xué)性和合理性,具有工程實用的價值。
[Abstract]:The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that our country should take the road of new-type urbanization, and the transformation of old city is an important part of new-type urbanization. In order to solve the problem of selecting the old city reconstruction and construction scheme, the evaluation index system of the old city reconstruction construction scheme is first constructed. The weight of each index is calculated by the AHP- entropy method and combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The reconstruction and construction plan of the old city is evaluated. Finally, it is proved that the method is scientific and reasonable through an example, which is of practical engineering value.
