【摘要】：城市物流空間的配置直接影響整個城市的經(jīng)濟運行效率,關系到城市在區(qū)域中的競爭力以及城市今后的發(fā)展方向,對城市和區(qū)域的未來發(fā)展將會產生重要的影響。城市物流空間深受地理學、管理學、經(jīng)濟學等學科領域的關注,目前已經(jīng)有了大量的關于城市物流空間的區(qū)位選擇的模型構建和選址方法,但是主要以理論研究為主,運用到實際的城市物流空間體系規(guī)劃較為少,且對物流空間體系規(guī)劃的尚處在一個摸索階段,未能形成完整的城市物流空間的區(qū)位理論、城市物流空間的布局方法、城市物流空間空間體系評價標準等系統(tǒng)的研究框架,基于以上考慮,本文以城市物流空間為研究對象,嘗試構建城市物流空間區(qū)位選擇模型,建立相關的指標評價標準,研究探索城市物流的空間布局方案。上海市作為長三角的重要節(jié)點城市,地理位置得天獨厚,其高度集聚著人流、物流、資金流、信息流,對于探討物流空間區(qū)位選擇具有典型性,本文結合上海作為實證研究,嘗試在上述系統(tǒng)研究框架下,探索適合上海市城市物流空間的布局與空間體系。全文共分五章:第一章緒論。本章主要論述論文的選題依據(jù)、研究目的與意義,綜述國內外相關研究的進展,從而提出研究的思路和方法。第二章相關基本概念與理論基礎。本章主要介紹了城市物流空間概念,提出了本文的城市物流空間分類體系;探討了影響城市物流空間布局的空間優(yōu)化理論,為城市物流空間的規(guī)劃布局提供了理論上的指導和依據(jù)。第三章城市物流空間區(qū)位選擇方法分析與模型構建。從城市物流空間區(qū)位選擇影響因素、城市物流空間選擇原則和城市物流空間選擇模型進行了全面的分析;梳理了常用的物流節(jié)點分類方法,構建了二級總—分模型組合評價優(yōu)化法,建立城市物流空間節(jié)點評價體系。第四章實證研究——上海市物流空間選擇與擇優(yōu)。根據(jù)上海市社會經(jīng)濟與物流發(fā)展概況和城市物流空間布局概況,分析上海市物流空間布局存在的問題,根據(jù)影響空間布局的影響因素,運用構建的總—分模型組合評價優(yōu)化法和評價指標體系,初步選定45個物流空間節(jié)點。采用定性分析與定量測度相結合的方法對各候選區(qū)位進行綜合評價、遴選,同時結合上海市的具體情況,經(jīng)過綜合比選,確定構建“物流園區(qū)(7)+物流中心(11)+配送中心(22)”的三級物流節(jié)點體系。第五章總結與展望�？偨Y了本文所探索城市物流空間的內容,并對研究的存在不足和今后尚需進一步研究的問題進行了展望。
[Abstract]:The allocation of urban logistics space directly affects the economic efficiency of the whole city, relates to the competitiveness of the city in the region and the future development direction of the city, and will have an important impact on the future development of the city and the region. The urban logistics space is deeply concerned by geography, management, economics and other disciplines. At present, there have been a large number of model construction and location selection methods of urban logistics space, but mainly theoretical research. The application to the actual urban logistics space system planning is relatively few, and the logistics space system planning is still in a groping stage, failed to form a complete urban logistics space location theory, urban logistics space layout method, Based on the above considerations, this paper takes urban logistics space as the research object, tries to construct the location selection model of urban logistics space, and establishes the related index evaluation standard. To explore the spatial layout of urban logistics. As an important node city in the Yangtze River Delta, Shanghai has a unique geographical location, which is highly concentrated in people flow, logistics, capital flow and information flow. It is typical to discuss the location choice of logistics space. This paper combines Shanghai as an empirical study. This paper attempts to explore the layout and spatial system suitable for the urban logistics space in Shanghai under the framework of the above system research. The full text is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is an introduction. This chapter mainly discusses the basis, research purpose and significance of the thesis, summarizes the progress of related research at home and abroad, and puts forward the research ideas and methods. The second chapter related to the basic concepts and theoretical basis. This chapter mainly introduces the concept of urban logistics space, puts forward the spatial classification system of urban logistics, and discusses the spatial optimization theory that affects the spatial layout of urban logistics. It provides theoretical guidance and basis for the planning and layout of urban logistics space. The third chapter is the analysis and model construction of urban logistics spatial location selection method. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the influencing factors of urban logistics spatial location selection, the principles of urban logistics spatial selection and the urban logistics spatial selection model, and combs the common classification methods of logistics nodes. The combined evaluation optimization method of two-level total-division model is constructed and the evaluation system of urban logistics spatial node is established. Chapter IV empirical study-Shanghai logistics space selection and selection. According to the general situation of social economy and logistics development in Shanghai and the spatial layout of urban logistics, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the spatial layout of logistics in Shanghai, and according to the influencing factors of the spatial layout, Using the combined evaluation optimization method and evaluation index system, 45 logistics spatial nodes were preliminarily selected. Using the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative measurement to comprehensively evaluate and select the candidate locations, at the same time, according to the specific situation of Shanghai, through comprehensive comparison, The third level logistics node system of "Logistics Park No. 7) Logistics Center No. 11) Distribution Center No. 22) is determined. Chapter five summarizes and prospects. This paper summarizes the contents of the urban logistics space, and looks forward to the shortcomings of the research and the problems that need to be further studied in the future.
