面向最終用戶的建筑市場(chǎng)逆向多屬性電子招投標(biāo)博弈分析

【摘要】:建筑市場(chǎng)電子招投標(biāo)平臺(tái)的推廣,優(yōu)化了建筑市場(chǎng)的資源配置,增強(qiáng)了企業(yè)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力,有效防止了不正當(dāng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)行為的發(fā)生。但建筑市場(chǎng)電子招投標(biāo)平臺(tái)存在著市場(chǎng)響應(yīng)機(jī)制缺乏的短板,其在招投標(biāo)中并未對(duì)最終用戶的建筑質(zhì)量要求等訴求進(jìn)行全面響應(yīng),使得最終用戶滿意度越來(lái)越低。該文結(jié)合建筑產(chǎn)品的特點(diǎn)及建筑市場(chǎng)對(duì)多屬性電子招投標(biāo)的需求,從建筑市場(chǎng)最終用戶的角度,以施工招投標(biāo)為例,建立了兩階段拍賣(mài)模型,即網(wǎng)上逆向多屬性拍賣(mài)模型和不完全信息條件下無(wú)限回合的合同降價(jià)談判模型,擴(kuò)展了投標(biāo)者的成本函數(shù),分析了其均衡策略,得到第1階段模型的Bayes-Nash均衡策略,并推導(dǎo)了第2階段模型招投標(biāo)方的期望效用。結(jié)果表明:模型的建立響應(yīng)了最終用戶的相關(guān)訴求,降低了建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈的總成本,從整體上提高了建筑產(chǎn)業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,具有一定的指導(dǎo)和推廣意義。
[Abstract]:The promotion of electronic bidding platform in the construction market optimizes the allocation of resources in the construction market, strengthens the competitive ability of the enterprise market, and effectively prevents the occurrence of unfair competition behavior. However, there is a lack of market response mechanism in the electronic bidding platform in the construction market, and it does not respond to the demands of the end-user in the bidding, which makes the end-user satisfaction become lower and lower. According to the characteristics of construction products and the demand of construction market for multi-attribute electronic bidding, this paper establishes a two-stage auction model from the point of view of end-user of construction market, taking construction bidding as an example. That is, the reverse multi-attribute auction model and the infinite contract price reduction negotiation model under the condition of incomplete information extend the cost function of the bidder, analyze its equilibrium strategy, and obtain the Bayes-Nash equilibrium strategy of the first stage model. The expected utility of the bidding parties in the second stage model is deduced. The results show that the establishment of the model responds to the demand of the end users, reduces the total cost of the supply chain of the construction industry, and improves the competitiveness of the supply chain of the construction industry as a whole, which has certain guiding and popularizing significance.
