【摘要】：蘇州古城工業(yè)經(jīng)歷分期分批的"退二進(jìn)三",大多已"退城進(jìn)區(qū)",現(xiàn)留存企業(yè)數(shù)量甚少,分量輕弱,且規(guī)模以下的占絕大部分,生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)優(yōu)勢(shì)難以再起。依據(jù)蘇州古城個(gè)性特點(diǎn)和是否有利于"古城保護(hù)"總原則要求,綜合古城各工業(yè)行業(yè)及企業(yè)主營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)、企業(yè)實(shí)情等,應(yīng)繼續(xù)加緊分類(lèi)分期分批推進(jìn)現(xiàn)存工業(yè)企業(yè)的關(guān)、停、并、轉(zhuǎn)、遷,直至古城"去工業(yè)";按照鼓勵(lì)發(fā)展、適度控制/轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展、嚴(yán)格控制/分期退遷,編制《蘇州古城引導(dǎo)與控制產(chǎn)業(yè)(工業(yè))目錄》,并以古城"去工業(yè)"的相關(guān)配套舉措提供支持。
