【摘要】：引入馬克思主義勞動過程的視野,從"去技術(shù)化"和"空間生產(chǎn)政治"的角度考察資本與管理方對勞動生產(chǎn)過程的技術(shù)控制以及生產(chǎn)空間的再造,關(guān)注中國雇員加班發(fā)生的影響因素和對勞動者不同加班類型發(fā)生率的影響。結(jié)合對中國勞動力動態(tài)調(diào)查2012年數(shù)據(jù)的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)在控制了人力資本因素和其他結(jié)構(gòu)性因素后,雇員工作中的"技術(shù)控制"和"空間控制"因素對其合理加班或超時加班的發(fā)生有顯著效應,且該效應存在不同戶籍類型雇員群體之間的差異。研究結(jié)果表明,有必要采取政策鼓勵企業(yè)革新其生產(chǎn)管理方式向"以勞動者為本"的方向發(fā)展,以推動建立更為開放、公平的勞動力市場。
[Abstract]:From the angle of "detechnicalization" and "space production politics", this paper introduces the vision of Marxist labor process and examines the technological control of labor production process and the reconstruction of production space by capital and management. Pay attention to the influencing factors of Chinese employees' overtime and the influence of different types of overtime. Based on the analysis of the data of China Labour Force dynamic Survey in 2012, it is found that after controlling for human capital factors and other structural factors, The factors of "technical control" and "spatial control" in employees' work have a significant effect on the occurrence of reasonable overtime or overtime, and there are differences among different employee groups of household registration types. The research results show that it is necessary to adopt policies to encourage enterprises to reform their production management and develop towards "laborer oriented", so as to promote the establishment of a more open and fair labor market.
