【摘要】：通過構(gòu)建住房供給者關(guān)于三種形式的價格預(yù)期模型并將三種形式的預(yù)期引入住房供給的決策模型,檢驗我國住房供給者的預(yù)期性質(zhì)的結(jié)果顯示:消費(fèi)性需求者的預(yù)期形式傾向于不確定預(yù)期;投資性消費(fèi)者的預(yù)期形式傾向于適應(yīng)性預(yù)期。
[Abstract]:By constructing the price expectation model of three forms of housing provider and introducing three forms of expectation into the decision-making model of housing supply, The results show that the expected form of consumer demanders tends to be uncertain and the expectation form of investment consumers tends to adaptive expectation.
