【摘要】：通過構(gòu)建一個(gè)世代交疊模型,將家庭的人力資本投資行為建立在終生效用最優(yōu)化的基礎(chǔ)上,并結(jié)合農(nóng)村地區(qū)貧困家庭養(yǎng)老等方面的現(xiàn)狀,分析農(nóng)村地區(qū)貧困家庭在人力資本投資行為模式上的特點(diǎn),由此推導(dǎo)出公共品供給對(duì)于農(nóng)村地區(qū)低收入家庭收入增長的促進(jìn)作用,研究發(fā)現(xiàn):農(nóng)村民生性公共品供給水平的提升將對(duì)農(nóng)村貧困家庭的人力資本投資產(chǎn)生"擠入作用";此外,大力完善農(nóng)村社保體系也有助于促進(jìn)農(nóng)村貧困家庭加大人力資本投資,進(jìn)而對(duì)農(nóng)村減貧起到積極的作用。
[Abstract]:By constructing a overlapping model of generations, the investment behavior of family human capital is based on the optimization of lifetime utility, and combined with the current situation of poor families in rural areas, such as old-age care, and so on. This paper analyzes the characteristics of human capital investment behavior of poor families in rural areas, and deduces the role of public goods supply in promoting the income growth of low-income families in rural areas. It is found that the improvement of the supply level of public goods for people's livelihood in rural areas will have a "crowding in" effect on the investment in human capital of rural poor families; in addition, vigorously improving the social security system in rural areas will also help to promote the rural poor families to increase their investment in human capital. In turn, it will play a positive role in reducing poverty in rural areas.
