【摘要】：在鋼鐵行業(yè),鐵礦石屬于一種非常重要的原材料。隨著供需格局的轉(zhuǎn)變,鋼鐵原燃料價格近些年呈現(xiàn)持續(xù)下降趨勢,導(dǎo)致鋼鐵行業(yè)的整體盈利水平的降低,虧損現(xiàn)象嚴重。而鐵礦石本身是一種低價原材料,物流成本占鐵礦石總成本的比重很大,在物流成本過高的形勢下,我國鋼鐵工業(yè)難以在國際市場上占據(jù)發(fā)展優(yōu)勢,進而對國民經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展造成不利影響。在目前的鐵礦石進口物流系統(tǒng)中,運輸量大,貨運要求高,如何優(yōu)化物流資源配置,提高物流運輸效率,降低物流運輸成本顯得尤為重要。本文針對長江流域鋼鐵企業(yè)進口鐵礦石物流特點,深入研究了長江流域進口鐵礦石物流現(xiàn)狀,流程及費用情況,剖析了目前常用物流模式的特點,通過實證案例,對長江流域進口鐵礦石從卸貨港到進入鋼鐵企業(yè)的物流流程各個方案的成本進行差異計算,從而得出最優(yōu)的物流方案,并運用物流一體化的原理,進行了有效論證,從而歸納總結(jié)出長江流域進口鐵礦石降低物流成本、提高運轉(zhuǎn)效率的有效方法,通過不斷降低物流成本來增加企業(yè)競爭力和盈利能力,從而為提高鋼鐵企業(yè)的競爭力作出一定的貢獻,也為鋼鐵企業(yè)解決同類問題提供了一些有益的參考。
[Abstract]:In the steel industry, iron ore is a very important raw material.With the change of supply and demand pattern, the price of raw fuel of iron and steel has been decreasing in recent years, which leads to the decrease of the overall profit level and the serious loss of iron and steel industry.Iron ore itself is a kind of low price raw material, and the logistics cost accounts for a large proportion of the total cost of iron ore. Under the situation of too high logistics cost, it is difficult for China's iron and steel industry to take advantage of development in the international market.In turn, the development of the national economy has a negative impact.In the current iron ore import logistics system, it is very important to optimize the allocation of logistics resources, improve the efficiency of logistics transportation and reduce the cost of logistics transportation because of the large volume of transportation and the high demand of freight transportation.In view of the characteristics of iron ore import logistics of iron and steel enterprises in the Yangtze River Basin, this paper deeply studies the current situation, process and cost of the import iron ore logistics in the Yangtze River Basin, analyzes the characteristics of the current common logistics modes, and makes an empirical case study.This paper calculates the cost difference of each scheme of import iron ore from unloading port to entering iron and steel enterprises in the Yangtze River Basin, and obtains the optimal logistics scheme, and makes effective demonstration by using the principle of logistics integration.Therefore, the effective methods to reduce the logistics cost and improve the operation efficiency by importing iron ore in the Yangtze River Basin are summarized, and the enterprise competitiveness and profitability can be increased by continuously reducing the logistics cost.It also provides some useful reference for iron and steel enterprises to solve similar problems.
