【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展與社會(huì)的進(jìn)步,汽車(chē)行業(yè)的發(fā)展速度也越來(lái)越快,汽車(chē)已經(jīng)逐漸的融入到了生產(chǎn)和生活之中。在我國(guó)國(guó)產(chǎn)化進(jìn)程的推進(jìn)過(guò)程中,我國(guó)汽車(chē)行業(yè)的汽車(chē)配件公司逐漸從依賴進(jìn)口中脫離出來(lái),向本土化逐漸靠近。從汽車(chē)配件行業(yè)的過(guò)去十幾年的歷程來(lái)看,我國(guó)的汽車(chē)配件行業(yè)經(jīng)歷了快速發(fā)展和技術(shù)升級(jí)的過(guò)程,汽車(chē)配件行業(yè)正在逐步的向產(chǎn)業(yè)整合方向走進(jìn)。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和社會(huì)的進(jìn)步,物流行業(yè)的發(fā)展也十分迅速,尤其是工程物流的管理理念的發(fā)展,使得我國(guó)的生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的輕流通和重生產(chǎn)的現(xiàn)狀發(fā)生了改變。當(dāng)前,在生產(chǎn)制造業(yè)的全部生產(chǎn)成本中,物流成本所占的比重大約有百分之十幾,物流成本的高低直接影響了生產(chǎn)制造業(yè)企業(yè)的利潤(rùn)水平和企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。企業(yè)對(duì)物流成本進(jìn)行控制,不僅能夠提高企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,節(jié)約成本,還能有效的提高我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的整體素質(zhì)。而工程物流項(xiàng)目中運(yùn)輸方案的好壞則直接影響到物流成本,影響到企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)發(fā)展,所以工程物流項(xiàng)目中運(yùn)輸方案顯得尤為重要。本文以“作業(yè)成本法”為基本的研究方法,設(shè)計(jì)了X汽車(chē)制造企業(yè)的物流控制方案。首先選定研究對(duì)象和研究方法,運(yùn)用研究方法對(duì)X汽車(chē)零部件公司物流成本控制進(jìn)行分析,利用所收集的資料進(jìn)行資料處理,然后對(duì)處理和分析結(jié)果進(jìn)行探討。最終得出結(jié)論,“作業(yè)成本法”的運(yùn)用對(duì)于企業(yè)物流方案的制定來(lái)說(shuō)具有非常重要的意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and society, the automobile industry is developing faster and faster. The automobile has been gradually integrated into the production and life. Auto parts companies in China's automobile industry are gradually breaking away from dependence on imports and moving closer to localization. From the past decade or so of the auto parts industry, The auto parts industry in our country has experienced the process of rapid development and technological upgrading, and the auto parts industry is gradually entering the direction of industrial integration. With the development of economy and society, the development of logistics industry is also very rapid. In particular, the development of the management concept of engineering logistics has changed the current situation of light circulation and heavy production of production enterprises in China. At present, in the total production cost of the manufacturing industry, The proportion of logistics cost is about 10%. The level of logistics cost directly affects the profit level of manufacturing enterprises and the competitiveness of enterprises. The control of logistics costs by enterprises can not only improve the competitiveness of enterprises. Cost saving can also effectively improve the overall quality of the national economy of our country. And the quality of the transportation scheme in the project of engineering logistics directly affects the logistics cost and the competitive development of enterprises. So the transportation scheme in the project of engineering logistics is very important. In this paper, the logistics control scheme of X automobile manufacturing enterprise is designed based on activity-based costing. Firstly, the research object and research method are selected. The research method is used to analyze the logistics cost control of X auto parts company, and the data are processed by the data collected. Finally, the conclusion is drawn that the application of activity-based costing is of great significance to the formulation of enterprise logistics scheme.
