【摘要】：人力資本作為影響社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要因素,在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變過(guò)程中起著不可替代的作用。文章通過(guò)構(gòu)建反映人力資本存量和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變水平的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,利用安徽省1995-2014年統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用協(xié)整檢驗(yàn)和VEC模型等計(jì)量分析方法,對(duì)人力資本與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變之間的長(zhǎng)短期動(dòng)態(tài)關(guān)系進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。研究表明:安徽省人力資本存量與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變水平之間存在長(zhǎng)期均衡關(guān)系;人力資本是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變的Granger原因,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變也是人力資本存量提升的Granger原因;從短期來(lái)看,安徽省人力資本與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變之間互相影響,且兩者之間從短期波動(dòng)到長(zhǎng)期均衡主要靠人力資本存量的增加來(lái)調(diào)整。
[Abstract]:As an important factor affecting the development of social economy, human capital plays an irreplaceable role in the process of changing the mode of economic development. Based on the statistical data of Anhui Province from 1995 to 2014, we use the co-integration test and VEC model to analyze the data. The long-term and short-term dynamic relationship between human capital and the change of economic development mode is empirically analyzed. The results show that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between the stock of human capital and the level of economic development mode change in Anhui Province; Human capital is the Granger reason for the transformation of the mode of economic development, and the change of the mode of economic development is also the reason for the increase of the stock of human capital. In the short term, the human capital and the transformation of the mode of economic development in Anhui Province interact with each other. And the short-term fluctuation to long-term equilibrium is mainly adjusted by the increase of human capital stock.
