【摘要】:經(jīng)濟(jì)的“全球一體化”進(jìn)程與信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)的整合導(dǎo)致企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生結(jié)構(gòu)性變異,國內(nèi)外第三方檢測企業(yè)之間日趨激烈的競爭促使企業(yè)信息架構(gòu)不斷發(fā)展,每個檢測業(yè)務(wù)的企業(yè)都在思索著如何在競爭中保持優(yōu)勢,提高自己的核心競爭力。很多有前瞻性的企業(yè)都在投資企業(yè)自身的信息化建設(shè),提高企業(yè)信息化水平,希望利用信息化手段幫助企業(yè)提高運營效率,降低運營成本,提升客戶滿意度,以達(dá)到提高企業(yè)競爭力的目的。檢測管理信息系統(tǒng)(簡稱TMIS)項目是筆者所在企業(yè)的一個重要信息化項目,主要是將市場、客戶在線服務(wù)、客戶管理、訂單與檢測工作管理、財務(wù)管理、資源管理、數(shù)據(jù)分析與決策等檢測服務(wù)管理中的各個環(huán)節(jié)聯(lián)結(jié)在一起進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一管理,以提高檢測服務(wù)的效率與能力。本文結(jié)合企業(yè)信息架構(gòu)理論、管理信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)、項目管理知識體系、CMMI模型理論、軟件工程理論等,著重分析和研究了TMIS項目從啟動規(guī)劃,需求分析、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計、開發(fā)、測試、項目實施上線、以及項目收尾等各個階段的項目管理過程。圍繞TMIS軟件項目的進(jìn)度、成本、質(zhì)量目標(biāo),根據(jù)公司軟件項目的實際情況,提出為保證TMIS軟件開發(fā)項目目標(biāo)達(dá)到最優(yōu)化而采取的具體管理方法與措施,最終制定出適用于TMIS項目的整體管理方案。在整個論文研究過程中,對以往公司軟件項目在信息架構(gòu)、項目管理過程中存在的不足與成功經(jīng)驗進(jìn)行了分析與總結(jié),因此,也希望能夠通過對這個大項目管理方案的研究與設(shè)計,為今后其它軟件項目管理者提供借鑒與參考的依據(jù),幫助公司持續(xù)改進(jìn)檢測企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)、項目管理方面的工作。
[Abstract]:The process of "global integration" of economy and the integration of information network lead to the structural variation of enterprise information system. The increasingly fierce competition between the third party testing enterprises at home and abroad promotes the development of enterprise information structure. Every testing business enterprise is thinking about how to maintain its advantage in the competition and improve its core competitiveness. Many forward-looking enterprises are investing in the information construction of the enterprise itself and improving the level of enterprise informatization. Hope to use information technology to help enterprises improve operational efficiency, reduce operating costs, improve customer satisfaction, In order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, the TMISS project is an important information project for the enterprises where I work. It mainly includes market, customer online service, customer management, order management and testing work management. Financial management, resource management, data analysis and decision making are linked together to improve the efficiency and capability of testing services. Management information system construction, project management knowledge system, CMMI model theory, software engineering theory, etc., this paper mainly analyzes and studies TMIS project from startup planning, requirement analysis, system design, development, testing, project implementation line, etc. According to the actual situation of the company's software project, according to the progress, cost, quality target of the TMIS software project, The concrete management methods and measures to ensure the optimization of TMIS software development project are put forward. Finally, the overall management scheme suitable for TMIS project is worked out. This paper analyzes and summarizes the shortcomings and successful experiences in the information architecture and project management of the company's software projects. Therefore, it also hopes to be able to study and design this large project management scheme. To provide reference and reference for other software project managers in the future, to help the company continuously improve the structure of enterprise information system, project management work.
