悅來(lái)生態(tài)城土地使用的低碳化策略

【摘要】:全球氣候變化危機(jī)日益嚴(yán)重,主要是人類活動(dòng)中造成的溫室氣體排放所帶來(lái)的結(jié)果,城市住區(qū)作為城市構(gòu)成的基本單元,其低碳規(guī)劃建設(shè)能夠從源頭降低碳排放,土地使用是住區(qū)低碳規(guī)劃技術(shù)與方法實(shí)施的落腳點(diǎn),其低碳化策略是住區(qū)減碳的重點(diǎn)研究領(lǐng)域。當(dāng)前學(xué)界在低碳土地使用的相關(guān)研究已經(jīng)拓展到住區(qū)層面,主要對(duì)空間利用基本原則和設(shè)計(jì)手法進(jìn)行探討,國(guó)內(nèi)外雖已有住區(qū)低碳土地使用與控制要素的定性研究成果,但缺乏土地使用技術(shù)要素和社會(huì)要素與碳排放量相關(guān)性的實(shí)證研究,針對(duì)山地城市住區(qū)低碳規(guī)劃技術(shù)的研究也相當(dāng)匱乏。本文試圖對(duì)重慶市主城住區(qū)土地使用技術(shù)要素和社會(huì)要素與住區(qū)使用階段碳排放量的相關(guān)性進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,并提出山地城市住區(qū)背景下悅來(lái)生態(tài)城土地使用的低碳化策略。本研究從城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃學(xué)與山地人居環(huán)境學(xué)的交叉視角,運(yùn)用理論研究與實(shí)證分析相結(jié)合的方法,通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外低碳住區(qū)土地使用相關(guān)研究的系統(tǒng)梳理和全面比較,基于重慶市主城樣本住區(qū)土地使用技術(shù)要素和社會(huì)要素與住區(qū)使用階段碳排放量相關(guān)性分析,以容量、多樣性,規(guī)模,空間形態(tài),場(chǎng)地五類特征技術(shù)要素為導(dǎo)向,構(gòu)建悅來(lái)生態(tài)城土地使用低碳化模式,并在充分剖析悅來(lái)生態(tài)城土地使用現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,以相關(guān)性分析與土地使用低碳化模式為導(dǎo)向,從用地,交通,綠色開(kāi)放空間,公共服務(wù)設(shè)施,能源設(shè)施用地5大系統(tǒng)探究悅來(lái)生態(tài)城土地使用低碳化空間實(shí)施路徑,并結(jié)合社會(huì)要素與碳排放量相關(guān)性分析提出悅來(lái)生態(tài)土地使用低碳化政策實(shí)施引導(dǎo)。本文研究結(jié)論包括:(1)通過(guò)灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析法對(duì)樣本住區(qū)土地使用技術(shù)要素與碳排放量關(guān)聯(lián)性進(jìn)行分析,舊住區(qū)碳排放量與戶均住房面積,建筑密度,住區(qū)公交站點(diǎn)服務(wù)半徑與路網(wǎng)形式關(guān)聯(lián)顯著,新住區(qū)碳排放量主要受空間形態(tài)要素,包含建筑形態(tài),容積率,建筑密度,以及公共服務(wù)設(shè)施服務(wù)半徑和路網(wǎng)形式幾類要素影響,對(duì)比新舊住區(qū)技術(shù)要素與碳排放量關(guān)聯(lián)性并分析其原因,基于悅來(lái)生態(tài)城新建低碳住區(qū)這一現(xiàn)實(shí),得出其規(guī)劃技術(shù)要素應(yīng)從建筑密度,容積率,建筑形態(tài),路網(wǎng)形式,公共服務(wù)設(shè)施服務(wù)半徑,公交站點(diǎn)服務(wù)半徑6項(xiàng)要素進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)控制。(2)運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型對(duì)住區(qū)社會(huì)要素與碳排放量相關(guān)性進(jìn)行分析,舊住區(qū)中家庭基本情況與居民技能要素相關(guān)性較高,基本情況與碳排放量相關(guān)性系數(shù)為0-0.29,家庭人數(shù)和家庭住房面積與碳排放量呈正相關(guān),家庭人數(shù)越多,家庭住房面積越大,碳排放量越大;居民技能要素與碳排放量相關(guān)性系數(shù)為介于-0.74-0.09,除中密自由式住區(qū)外,居民文化水平,工資收入水平與碳排放量呈負(fù)相關(guān),居民文化水平越高,工資收入越高,其家庭碳排放量越低。舊住區(qū)組織要素與碳排放量關(guān)系不明。新住區(qū)中家庭基本情況與碳排放量相關(guān)性較大,其相關(guān)性系數(shù)為-0.3-0.32,規(guī)律與舊住區(qū)大體相同;居民技能要素與碳排放量相關(guān)性系數(shù)為介于-0.05-0.27,規(guī)律不同與舊住區(qū),除高密點(diǎn)式類住區(qū)外,居民文化水平,工資收入水平與碳排放量呈負(fù)相關(guān),居民文化水平越高,工資收入越高,其家庭碳排放量越低;新住區(qū)組織要素與碳排放量相關(guān)性為-0.25-0.04,大體表現(xiàn)為住區(qū)低碳制度與意識(shí)普及情況與碳排放量呈負(fù)相關(guān),低碳意識(shí)普及率越高,低碳活動(dòng)舉辦力度越強(qiáng),住區(qū)碳排放量越小。通過(guò)研究表明,作為規(guī)劃管理可控要素,悅來(lái)生態(tài)城政策實(shí)施應(yīng)結(jié)合規(guī)劃管理工作進(jìn)行低碳制度的制定與低碳共有意識(shí)的普及,以降低碳排放量。(3)基于技術(shù)要素與碳排放量關(guān)聯(lián)性分析,提取與悅來(lái)生態(tài)城土地使用低碳規(guī)劃相關(guān)的容量,多樣性,規(guī)模,形態(tài),場(chǎng)地特征五類技術(shù)要素,重點(diǎn)從建筑密度,容積率,建筑形態(tài),路網(wǎng)形式,公共服務(wù)設(shè)施服務(wù)半徑,公交站點(diǎn)服務(wù)半徑6類要素提出低碳規(guī)劃控制指標(biāo),構(gòu)建悅來(lái)生態(tài)城土地使用低碳化模式。以技術(shù)要素指標(biāo)共組合8類符合社會(huì)與經(jīng)濟(jì)住區(qū)模式包括:低密低混大街區(qū),低密低混中街區(qū),中密低混中街區(qū),中密中高混中街區(qū),中高密中混中街區(qū),中高密高混中街區(qū),高密中混小街區(qū),高密高混小街區(qū)土地使用情景模型。(4)根據(jù)技術(shù)要素與碳排放量相關(guān)性研究,結(jié)合土地使用低碳化模式,最終得出悅來(lái)生態(tài)城土地使用低碳化空間實(shí)施策略應(yīng)采用低密低混大街區(qū),中密中高混中街區(qū),中高密中混中街區(qū)與高密高混小街區(qū)四類模式的組合形式;趷倎(lái)生態(tài)城現(xiàn)狀,從用地,交通,綠色開(kāi)放空間,公共服務(wù)設(shè)施,能源設(shè)施用地5大系統(tǒng),重點(diǎn)以建筑密度,容積率,建筑形態(tài),路網(wǎng)形式,公共服務(wù)設(shè)施服務(wù)半徑,公交站點(diǎn)服務(wù)半徑要素6類要素對(duì)悅來(lái)生態(tài)城進(jìn)行土地使用控制,提出悅來(lái)生態(tài)城具體的低碳空間實(shí)施途徑。(5)以社會(huì)要素與碳排放量相關(guān)性研究為基礎(chǔ),與當(dāng)前規(guī)劃管理工作結(jié)合,從提升規(guī)劃管理技術(shù)環(huán)境,建立全過(guò)程土地使用低碳化實(shí)施管理機(jī)制,激勵(lì)市場(chǎng)參與低碳社區(qū)建設(shè)與培養(yǎng)居民低碳共有意識(shí)4方面提出悅來(lái)生態(tài)城土地使用低碳化政策實(shí)施途徑。本文采用相關(guān)性分析對(duì)住區(qū)土地使用技術(shù)要素和社會(huì)要素與住區(qū)使用階段碳排放量相關(guān)性進(jìn)行了定量的實(shí)證研究,提升了住區(qū)土地使用低碳化技術(shù)方法的科學(xué)性與有效性。以相關(guān)性研究為導(dǎo)向,構(gòu)建悅來(lái)生態(tài)城土地使用低碳化模式,彌補(bǔ)了我國(guó)山地城市住區(qū)低碳化土地使用模式不足。悅來(lái)生態(tài)城土地使用低碳化實(shí)施途徑的建立,為悅來(lái)生態(tài)城在我國(guó)低碳住區(qū)示范提供了規(guī)劃技術(shù)與方法的經(jīng)驗(yàn)指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:The global climate change crisis is increasingly serious, is mainly caused by human activities in the greenhouse gas emissions caused by the city basic unit area as a city, the planning and construction of low carbon can reduce carbon emissions from the source, the implementation of residential land use is low carbon planning techniques and methods, the low-carbon strategy is focus on the field of residential area reduction of carbon emissions. The current academic research in low-carbon land use has extended to the residential level, mainly to the space using the basic principles and design techniques are discussed, both at home and abroad have low carbon residential land use and control elements of the qualitative research results, but lack of empirical research on land use technology and social elements and carbon emission quantity, in the research area of low carbon technology in the mountain city planning is quite scarce. This paper attempts to residential land use in Chongqing city. Empirical research on the correlation operation and social elements and residential use of carbon emissions, and put forward the strategy to low-carbon eco city land use of the area under the background of the mountain city Wyatt. This study from the perspective of mountain urban and rural planning and cross science of human settlements, using the method of combining theoretical research and empirical analysis. Through to the domestic and foreign low carbon residential land use system to sort out the relevant research and comprehensive comparison, sample urban residential districts of Chongqing city land use technology and social elements and correlation analysis, the stage of carbon emissions using settlements based on capacity, diversity, scale, space form, space characteristics of five types of elements of technology oriented construction of Yuelai eco city land use low-carbon mode, and in the full analysis based Yuelai eco city land use status, by correlation analysis and land use patterns of low carbon oriented, from Land, traffic, green open space, public service facilities, energy facilities for the 5 systems to explore Wyatt implementation path of eco city land use low-carbon space, combined with the analysis of the correlation between social factors and carbon emissions is proposed to implement Wyatt guide ecological land use low carbon policies. This study conclusions are as follows: (1) through the grey relational analysis method of land use live related technical elements and carbon emissions on the sample analysis, the old residential area of carbon emissions and the average housing area, building density, residential area and road bus station service radius form associated significantly, new settlements of carbon emissions is mainly affected by the factors of space form, including the architectural form, volume ratio, building density, public service facilities and service radius and several kinds of factors that influence the form of road network, comparing the old and new residential areas and technical factors of carbon emissions correlation and analysis of its causes, based on Ecological Wyatt The city of new low carbon residential area of the reality, the planning elements from the building density, floor area ratio, building form, the form of road network, the service radius of public service facilities, focus on the control of bus station service radius of 6 elements. (2) the use of structural equation model and the correlation factors of carbon emissions will be analyzed on the residential area agency, old residential district in the basic situation of the family and household skills have high correlation with the basic situation of carbon emission correlation coefficient is 0-0.29, the number of positive family and family housing area and carbon emissions, the number of family, family housing area is greater, the greater the carbon emissions; residents skill factors of carbon emission and correlation coefficient is between -0.74-0.09, except in the free style residential area residents, cultural level is negatively related to the level of wage income and carbon emissions, the residents have higher cultural level, wage income is higher, the household carbon emissions The volume is low. The old settlements of relationship between carbon emissions is unknown. New residential area between the basic situation of the family and a large amount of carbon emissions, the correlation coefficient is -0.3-0.32, law and the old residential district is approximately the same as residents; skill factors of carbon emission and the correlation coefficient is between -0.05-0.27, and the law of different old residential district. In addition to high-density type residential area residents, cultural level is negatively related to level of wage income and carbon emissions, the residents have higher cultural level, wage income is higher, the household carbon emissions is lower; the new settlements of related factors of carbon emission and -0.25-0.04, negatively related mainly in residential area low carbon system and consciousness and carbon emissions, low carbon awareness rate is high, low carbon activities more strong, residential carbon emissions less. Through research, planning and management as a controllable factor, Yue state city policy implementation should be next The combination of planning and management of the development of low-carbon system consciousness and popularization of low carbon, to reduce carbon emissions. (3) analysis and technical factors of carbon emissions based on relevance, extraction and Wyatt associated with the planning of low carbon eco city land use capacity, diversity, size, shape, site characteristics five kinds of technical elements, mainly from the building density, floor area ratio, building form, the form of road network, the service radius of public service facilities, bus station service radius of 6 kinds of elements of low carbon planning control index, constructing Yuelai eco city land use pattern. (4) according to the related research and technical factors of carbon emissions, combined with land use low-carbon model, finally obtains the Wyatt to carry out the strategy of land use eco city low-carbon space should be used in low density low mixed Street area, in dense high concrete blocks in high density mixed combination area and high-density mixed street small blocks of four modes. This paper uses correlation analysis on residential land use technology and social elements and residential use the carbon emissions of the relativity between the quantitative empirical research, enhance the scientific and effective for low carbon technology method of land use. The correlation research oriented to construct low-carbon mode using Yue type eco city land, make up the mountain city in China lack of low-carbon land use district established to Wyatt mode. The way to use low carbon eco city land, ecological city planning provides experience to guide the technology and methods in China's low carbon residential demonstration Wyatt.
