諾莫網(wǎng)絡(luò)視角下產(chǎn)學(xué)研主體間知識共享與知識隱匿關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:以諾莫網(wǎng)絡(luò)為主導(dǎo)邏輯,分析了產(chǎn)學(xué)研主體間知識共享與知識隱匿的關(guān)系,從知識、主體和環(huán)境3個(gè)層面選取6個(gè)前因變量,用知識粘性代表知識層,主體層包括自我效能、組織自尊和元?jiǎng)偃瘟?環(huán)境層包括組織心理所有權(quán)和差序氛圍,用產(chǎn)學(xué)研知識溢出作為近果變量。采用Projection Pursuit和多元層次回歸對構(gòu)建的諾莫網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論框架進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析,運(yùn)用Mackinnon、Sobel檢驗(yàn)和Multivariate Delta Method驗(yàn)證了多重中介效應(yīng)。結(jié)果表明,知識共享與知識隱匿是兩個(gè)相互獨(dú)立的構(gòu)念,知識共享與知識隱匿在前因變量與近果變量間有多重中介效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Taking Normore network as the dominant logic, this paper analyzes the relationship between knowledge sharing and knowledge concealment among the subjects of industry, college and research, and selects six prodependent variables from the three aspects of knowledge, subject and environment, and represents the knowledge layer with knowledge stickiness, which includes self-efficacy. Organizational self-esteem and meta-competence, environmental level including organizational psychological ownership and differential atmosphere, using knowledge spillover of production, education and research as near-fruit variables, this paper uses Projection Pursuit and multilevel regression to analyze the theoretical framework of Normore network. The results show that knowledge sharing and knowledge concealment are independent of each other, and knowledge sharing and knowledge hiding have multiple mediation effects between antecedent variables and near-fruit variables.
