【摘要】：本文基于新型城鎮(zhèn)化的內(nèi)涵,采用德爾菲法,構(gòu)建城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量評價指標體系,繼而對安徽省十六個地級市進行城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量評價。合肥市以81.05分居首位,而六安以54.44分居末,總體來說,各市之間差距較大,在地區(qū)分布上則是皖南各項指標普遍優(yōu)于皖中,皖北最低。安徽各市在土地利用和發(fā)展動力方面差距極大,在生態(tài)建設(shè)方面差距最小,但總體都不高。同時針對安徽省城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展存在的問題提出若干建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the connotation of new urbanization, this paper constructs the urbanization quality evaluation index system by Delphi method, and then evaluates the urbanization quality of 16 prefectural cities in Anhui Province. On the whole, there is a large gap among the cities, and the regional distribution is that the indexes of southern Anhui are generally superior to those of the middle of Anhui, and the lowest in the north of Anhui. The differences between the cities in land use and development are great, and the differences in ecological construction are the smallest. However, the overall situation is not high. At the same time, some suggestions are put forward for the development of urbanization in Anhui Province.
