【摘要】：創(chuàng)新型城市是指以技術、知識、人才、環(huán)境、文化和體制等創(chuàng)新要素為依托,加速現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展的城市,對周邊區(qū)域城市有輻射和引領作用,是區(qū)域一體化進程發(fā)展的核心。創(chuàng)新型城市是繼創(chuàng)新型國家和創(chuàng)新型區(qū)域兩個發(fā)展模式提出之后,更加細化的發(fā)展模式。城市作為獨立個體既是企業(yè)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的承載體,同時也是國家創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)的組成部分,其發(fā)展不僅影響著企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟效益,而且決定著一個國家在國際舞臺競爭中的地位和實力。但是由于各個城市的創(chuàng)新資源狀況不同,致使城市之間的創(chuàng)新水平差異較大。本文進一步研究創(chuàng)新型城市建設過程中的創(chuàng)新要素,對促進整個區(qū)域或國家創(chuàng)新健康發(fā)展具有重大指導意義。本論文的研究內(nèi)容主要從以下三個方面介紹:首先,創(chuàng)新型城市以科技創(chuàng)新為動力,是一種健康且持續(xù)性的城市發(fā)展模式,因此成為各級地方政府和學術界研究的焦點。本文綜合分析城市創(chuàng)新問題的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)掘研究的不足之處,并以城市創(chuàng)新和生存分析的相關理論為指導,從客觀與科學角度出發(fā)研究創(chuàng)新型城市的發(fā)展。其次,本文綜合分析了創(chuàng)新型城市的形成及基本特征,并對其發(fā)展過程中的相關創(chuàng)新要素進行詳細的描述和分析,從地理區(qū)位、創(chuàng)新投入、創(chuàng)新配置、創(chuàng)新支撐、創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)出等幾個方面構(gòu)建創(chuàng)新型城市發(fā)展的指標要素體系,并采用生存分析理論構(gòu)建Cox比例回歸模型,對發(fā)展要素進行全面綜合分析,最終得到影響創(chuàng)新型城市發(fā)展的關鍵因素。最后,將模型運行結(jié)果進行綜合分析,借鑒創(chuàng)新能力較強的城市在創(chuàng)新過程中的發(fā)展模式,找準影響創(chuàng)新型城市建設的關鍵要素,因地制宜制定各個城市的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展規(guī)劃,為各級地方政府制定相關發(fā)展規(guī)劃提供依據(jù),并對未來創(chuàng)新型城市發(fā)展模式提出建議。
[Abstract]:An innovative city refers to a city that accelerates the development of modernization on the basis of innovative elements such as technology, knowledge, talent, environment, culture and system, and has a radiating and leading role in surrounding regional cities. It is the core of the development of regional integration process. The innovative city is a more detailed development model after the two development models of innovative country and innovative region. As an independent individual, the city is the carrier of the economic development of the enterprise. It is also an integral part of the national innovation system. Its development not only affects the economic benefits of enterprises, but also determines the position and strength of a country in the competition on the international stage. This paper further studies the innovation elements in the process of innovative city construction. It is of great significance to promote the healthy development of innovation in the whole region or country. The research contents of this paper are mainly introduced in the following three aspects: first, innovative cities are driven by scientific and technological innovation. Is a healthy and sustainable urban development model, so it has become the focus of local government and academic research at all levels. This paper comprehensively analyzes the domestic and foreign research status of urban innovation, and explores the shortcomings of the research. Under the guidance of relevant theories of urban innovation and survival analysis, this paper studies the development of innovative cities from the perspective of objectivity and science. Secondly, this paper comprehensively analyzes the formation and basic characteristics of innovative cities. And the relevant innovation elements in the process of its development are described and analyzed in detail, from the geographical location, innovation input, innovation allocation, innovation support, innovation output and other aspects of the index elements system of innovative city development. The survival analysis theory is used to construct the Cox proportional regression model, and the comprehensive analysis of the development elements is carried out, and the key factors affecting the development of innovative cities are obtained. Finally, the results of the operation of the model are analyzed synthetically. Draw lessons from the development mode of the city with strong innovation ability in the process of innovation, find out the key factors that affect the construction of the innovative city, and formulate the innovative development plan of each city according to the local conditions. It provides the basis for local governments at all levels to formulate relevant development plans, and puts forward suggestions for the future innovative urban development model.
