【摘要】：分析社會源危險廢物回收處理現(xiàn)狀及制約因素,結(jié)合實際情況提出四種回收處理模式,建立考慮政府補貼的決策模型,運用博弈論方法討論最優(yōu)參數(shù),探索最佳模式。研究表明,單位補貼額度一定時,處理商回收模式下的回收價格和回收率最高,政府應(yīng)鼓勵處理商回收,并制定相應(yīng)措施引導(dǎo)回收。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the current situation and restrictive factors of the recovery and treatment of social hazardous waste, puts forward four models of recovery and treatment according to the actual situation, establishes a decision model considering government subsidies, and discusses the optimal parameters by using the game theory method. The research shows that the recovery price and recovery rate are the highest when the unit subsidy amount is fixed, and the government should encourage the processors to recycle and make corresponding measures to guide the recovery.
