【摘要】：在北京提出建設(shè)"世界高端人才聚集之都"和"中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義先進(jìn)文化之都"的目標(biāo)和全球競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益加劇的背景下,探討大學(xué)與城市的共生關(guān)系具有重要意義。英國(guó)作為現(xiàn)代高等教育的發(fā)源地和全球高等教育最發(fā)達(dá)的國(guó)家之一,大學(xué)與城市的發(fā)展始終保持緊密的共生關(guān)系,并在當(dāng)前知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)和全球化浪潮下,大學(xué)的戰(zhàn)略地位進(jìn)一步得到強(qiáng)化。以英國(guó)為例,簡(jiǎn)要評(píng)述了其高等教育改革演變的過程和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀;通過聚焦大學(xué)與城市的關(guān)系,總結(jié)了兩者共生發(fā)展的歷程和各階段的主要特征;在此基礎(chǔ)上,歸納并分別闡釋了城市大學(xué)、大學(xué)科技園和產(chǎn)學(xué)聯(lián)盟三種主要的共生發(fā)展模式。最后,基于對(duì)英國(guó)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié),提出應(yīng)全方位推進(jìn)大學(xué)與城市之間在人才、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、文化和城市發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略層面的戰(zhàn)略共生關(guān)系,作為北京建設(shè)學(xué)術(shù)之都的參考借鑒。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the increasing global competition, Beijing puts forward the goal of building "the capital of the world's high-end talents" and "the capital of advanced socialist culture with Chinese characteristics". It is of great significance to explore the symbiotic relationship between universities and cities. As the birthplace of modern higher education and one of the most developed countries in the world, the development of universities and cities has always maintained a close symbiotic relationship. Under the current tide of knowledge economy and globalization, the strategic position of universities has been further strengthened. Taking Britain as an example, this paper briefly reviews the evolution process and development status of higher education reform. By focusing on the relationship between the university and the city, this paper summarizes the course of their symbiotic development and the main characteristics of each stage. On this basis, this paper summarizes and explains three main symbiotic development models: city University, University Science Park and Industry and Learning Alliance. Finally, based on the experience of the United Kingdom. It is suggested that the strategic symbiotic relationship between universities and cities should be promoted in terms of talent, economy, society, culture and urban development strategy, which can be used as a reference for the construction of academic capital in Beijing.
