【摘要】：本文從市場(chǎng)主體間的價(jià)值鏈、食品安全全過程和監(jiān)管主體利益關(guān)系3個(gè)維度,探討了我國(guó)食品安全監(jiān)管體制相關(guān)市場(chǎng)主體的監(jiān)管特征、市場(chǎng)博弈狀態(tài);相關(guān)流程的主體特征、危害產(chǎn)生機(jī)理;相關(guān)監(jiān)管部門的合作特征、非合作困境,并提出了有助于推動(dòng)我國(guó)食品安全監(jiān)管體制整體性革新的四位一體治理要點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:From the three dimensions of the value chain between the market subjects, the whole process of food safety and the relationship between the interests of the regulatory bodies, this paper discusses the regulatory characteristics and market game states of the relevant market subjects of the food safety supervision system in China. The main features of relevant processes, hazard generation mechanism; The characteristics of cooperation and non-cooperation dilemma of the relevant regulatory authorities, and the key points of the four-in-one governance which are helpful to promote the overall innovation of the food safety regulatory system in China are put forward.
