【摘要】：基于對(duì)健康城鎮(zhèn)化的理解,構(gòu)建包括狀態(tài)層面和動(dòng)力層面的健康城鎮(zhèn)化評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,采用熵權(quán)灰色關(guān)聯(lián)模型、泰爾指數(shù)和耦合協(xié)調(diào)度模型研究河南省健康城鎮(zhèn)化的時(shí)空演變特征。其時(shí)間演變特征為:狀態(tài)層面上,2002—2014年河南省健康城鎮(zhèn)化水平呈現(xiàn)波動(dòng)、快速增長(zhǎng)的特征;社會(huì)健康城鎮(zhèn)化、經(jīng)濟(jì)健康城鎮(zhèn)化和生態(tài)環(huán)境健康對(duì)狀態(tài)層面影響較大,其他方面的影響亦增大。動(dòng)力層面上,推力和拉力支持系統(tǒng)對(duì)健康城鎮(zhèn)化的支撐持續(xù)增長(zhǎng),但存在一定的差異;從發(fā)展階段來(lái)看,推力支持系統(tǒng)從2011年開(kāi)始處于勉強(qiáng)協(xié)調(diào)階段,拉力支持系統(tǒng)則在2011年穩(wěn)定進(jìn)入勉強(qiáng)協(xié)調(diào)階段,拉力和推力支持系統(tǒng)均于2014年開(kāi)始進(jìn)入初級(jí)協(xié)調(diào)階段。其空間演變特征為:狀態(tài)層面上,2002—2014年健康城鎮(zhèn)化水平不斷增長(zhǎng),區(qū)域差異縮小;動(dòng)力層面上,拉力支持系統(tǒng)對(duì)健康城鎮(zhèn)化的支撐在增加的同時(shí)區(qū)域差異縮小,耦合協(xié)調(diào)度的2個(gè)解釋性指標(biāo)中,綜合協(xié)調(diào)指數(shù)的區(qū)域差異縮小,而耦合度的區(qū)域差異增大;推力支持系統(tǒng)對(duì)健康城鎮(zhèn)化的支撐在增強(qiáng)的同時(shí)區(qū)域差異縮小,綜合協(xié)調(diào)指數(shù)和耦合度區(qū)域差異性趨小。在2個(gè)時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn)上,影響健康城鎮(zhèn)化動(dòng)力層面的深層次原因既有相似性,又有差異性。
[Abstract]:Based on the understanding of healthy urbanization, the evaluation index system of health urbanization, including state level and power level, is constructed, and entropy weight grey relational model is adopted. The temporal and spatial evolution characteristics of healthy urbanization in Henan Province are studied by using Tyr index and coupling coordination degree model. The temporal evolution characteristics are as follows: the level of healthy urbanization in Henan Province fluctuated from 2002 to 2014 at the state level. The characteristics of rapid growth; The healthy urbanization of society, the healthy urbanization of economy and the health of ecological environment have great influence on the state level, and the influence of other aspects is also increasing. The support of thrust and pull support system for healthy urbanization continues to increase, but there are some differences; From the point of view of the development stage, the thrust support system has been in the phase of barely coordinating since 2011, while the tension support system has steadily entered the stage of barely coordinated in 2011. Both pull and thrust support systems began to enter the primary coordination stage in 2014. The spatial evolution of the system is characterized by a steady increase in the level of healthy urbanization from 2002 to 2014 at the state level. Reduction of regional differences; On the dynamic level, the support of the pull support system to the healthy urbanization is increasing and the regional difference is shrinking, and the regional difference of the comprehensive coordination index is reduced in the two explanatory indicators of the coupling coordination degree. However, the regional differences of coupling degree increased. The support of thrust support system to healthy urbanization is strengthened and the regional difference is reduced, the regional difference between the comprehensive coordination index and the coupling degree is smaller. At the two time nodes. There are similarities and differences in the deep reasons that affect the dynamics of healthy urbanization.
