【摘要】：本文嘗試基于"生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)"概念,結(jié)合目前生態(tài)學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)等多學(xué)科研究成果,探索通過(guò)對(duì)自然資源資產(chǎn)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)價(jià)值的量化來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)自然資源資產(chǎn)價(jià)值量核算的可能性,從而為探索編制自然資源資產(chǎn)負(fù)債表,對(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部實(shí)行自然資源資產(chǎn)離任審計(jì)和建立生態(tài)環(huán)境損害責(zé)任終身追究制奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In this paper, based on the concept of "ecosystem services", combined with the current ecology, sociology and other multidisciplinary research results. To explore the possibility of realizing the value accounting of natural resources assets by quantifying the value of ecosystem services of natural resources assets, so as to compile the balance sheet of natural resources assets. It lays a foundation for leading cadres to carry out audit of natural resources assets leaving office and establish the system of lifelong investigation of ecological environmental damage liability.
