【摘要】：從國際貨運代理業(yè)務(wù)開始出現(xiàn)發(fā)展至今已經(jīng)有非常長的歷史,隨著經(jīng)濟的高速發(fā)展,國際貨運代理行業(yè)正在迅速發(fā)展壯大。我國在上世紀(jì)八十年代漸漸取消了對國際貨運代理行業(yè)的管制,我國國際貨運代理行業(yè)也因此取得了飛躍式的發(fā)展,發(fā)展至今,我國注冊的國際貨運代理公司已經(jīng)超過萬家,從業(yè)人數(shù)也遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超過百萬人,沿海發(fā)達城市國際貨運代理公司密度遠(yuǎn)超過內(nèi)陸城市。隨著我國國際貨運代理市場的全面放開,同時我國國際貨運代理行業(yè)面臨著激烈的競爭挑戰(zhàn)。在此背景下,ZQ公司位于深圳,是國內(nèi)中小型國際貨代公司的一個典型代表,在如此復(fù)雜和嚴(yán)峻的經(jīng)濟環(huán)境中,ZQ公司想要發(fā)展壯大并實現(xiàn)公司愿景,為公司的主營業(yè)務(wù)建立完備的內(nèi)部控制體系對公司是具有非常重要意義的。然而現(xiàn)在,ZQ公司的國際貨運代理業(yè)務(wù)內(nèi)部控制建設(shè)存在著諸多問題,如缺乏良好的內(nèi)部控制環(huán)境、信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)不完備等一系列的問題,制約著公司的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。由于國際貨運代理業(yè)務(wù)的重要性,其內(nèi)部控制制度所涉及的制度建設(shè)、風(fēng)險管理、流程管理的內(nèi)容較豐富的因素,因此,該公司的主營業(yè)務(wù)(國際貨運代理業(yè)務(wù))內(nèi)部控制系統(tǒng)具有較強的研究價值。所以,本文選取ZQ公司國際貨運代理業(yè)務(wù)內(nèi)部控制的案例,分析國際貨運代理企業(yè)國際貨運代理業(yè)務(wù)內(nèi)部控制的問題。本文一共由五部分組成,緒論包括研究背景、目的與意義、研究方法與內(nèi)容；案例描述部分主要是介紹ZQ公司并且對目前ZQ公司國際貨運代理業(yè)務(wù)內(nèi)部控制存在問題進行描述；案例分析包括理論依據(jù)以及對內(nèi)部控制存在問題進行原因分析；建議與對策是通過原因分析提出對應(yīng)的解決方法；結(jié)束語對整篇文章進行了概括。
[Abstract]:From the beginning of the development of international freight forwarding business, it has a long history. With the rapid development of economy, the international freight forwarding industry is developing rapidly. China in the last century was cancelled on 80s of the international freight forwarding industry regulation, the international freight forwarding industry in China has gained development, leap forward development so far, China registered international freight forwarding company has more than 10000, the number of employees is far more than a million people, the coastal city of international freight forwarders density more than the Inland city. With the overall liberalization of the international freight forwarding market in China, the international freight forwarding industry in China is facing fierce competition challenges. Under this background, ZQ company is located in Shenzhen, is a typical representative of the small international freight forwarding company in China, in such a complex and challenging economic environment, ZQ company wants to develop and realize the vision of the company, for the company's main business complete establishment of the internal control system is very important to the company. However, there are many problems in the internal control construction of ZQ international freight forwarding business, such as lack of good internal control environment, incomplete information system and so on, which restrict the sustainable development of the company. Because of the importance of international freight forwarding business, the internal control system of the system construction, risk management, process management, content rich factors, therefore, the company's main business (international freight forwarding business) internal control system has strong research value. Therefore, this paper selects the case of ZQ company's international freight forwarding business internal control, and analyzes the international freight agency's internal control problem of international freight forwarding business. This paper consists of five parts. The introduction includes the research background, purpose and significance, research methods and contents; the case description part mainly introduces ZQ company and ZQ company of the international freight forwarding business internal control problems are described; case analysis including the theoretical basis and the analysis of the reasons of internal control problems; suggestions and countermeasures is the corresponding solution is put forward through the analysis of the reasons; the conclusion of the whole thesis are summarized.
