探討關系強度對第二代移動即時通訊軟件用戶持續(xù)使用意向的影響

當今社會中,無處不在的數(shù)字網(wǎng)絡和計算設備促使人與人之間的溝通發(fā)生了重大的變化(Barry&Fulmer,2004)。相比于面對面交流,電腦為中介的溝通方式(computer-mediated communication)具有更多的優(yōu)勢。人們可以根據(jù)自身需求,定制性地使用電腦或手機上各式各樣的電子應用軟件,使之適應自己的需求,并利用先進技術來促進溝通并尋求相互影響(Barry&Fulmer,2004)。比如,用戶可以主動在自己感興趣的網(wǎng)站上設置或記錄自己的偏好,隨后用戶每次打開該網(wǎng)站時,網(wǎng)站都會優(yōu)先呈現(xiàn)用戶最可能感興趣的內(nèi)容。隨著時代的發(fā)展,電腦為中介的溝通已經(jīng)被移動端的溝通媒體所取代。種類繁多的電子應用軟件(通常被簡稱為“apps”)猶如雨后春筍般涌現(xiàn)。在不同情境下,它們以不同的方式改變著人們的溝通行為。在多種溝通型媒體中,智能手機上的移動即時通訊軟件被大眾廣為接受,并成為人與人之間交流的主要渠道。值得一提的是,移動即時通訊軟件(MIM)已從第一代移動即時通訊(FMIM)發(fā)展到了第二代移動即時通訊(SMIM)。FMIM典型代表是短信服務(SMS),它僅僅支持各類符號意義...
