ZBLD保安公司的服務(wù)創(chuàng)新策略研究

【摘要】:隨著現(xiàn)代社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的日益發(fā)展,治安狀況日趨多變復(fù)雜,僅僅依靠國家行政機(jī)關(guān)已滿足不了社會治安的龐大需求,更需要大量的社會力量參與到社會治安維護(hù)中,保安在當(dāng)代社會發(fā)揮維護(hù)社會治安大局穩(wěn)定的作用顯的越來越重要。保安服務(wù)是指為滿足公民、法人和其他社會組織的安全需求,依法設(shè)立的保安從業(yè)單位,為社會提供專業(yè)化、安全防范服務(wù)及相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)的服務(wù)。近年來,保安服務(wù)企業(yè)得到了長足發(fā)展,保安服務(wù)覆蓋了黨政機(jī)關(guān)、金融系統(tǒng)、學(xué)校、團(tuán)體、企事業(yè)單位以及公共場所、賓館飯店、住宅小區(qū)等關(guān)系人民生活的各個領(lǐng)域,已從單純的人防業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展為守護(hù)、巡邏、押運(yùn)、技術(shù)防范等多項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù),維持社會治安穩(wěn)定方面的作用越來越突出,為城市建設(shè)、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,構(gòu)建和諧社會起到了不可低估的作用。但我國對保安服務(wù)業(yè)認(rèn)可度不高,保安在人民心中的形象也限于銀行守護(hù)、門衛(wèi)守護(hù)、值守卡點(diǎn)、街面巡邏等,保安從業(yè)人員的薪酬待遇較低,保安員的素質(zhì)水平也普遍偏低。ZBLD保安服務(wù)公司作為當(dāng)?shù)厥准颐駹I保安公司,具有一定的先發(fā)優(yōu)勢,同時也存在服務(wù)同質(zhì)化競爭嚴(yán)重,服務(wù)半徑區(qū)域化限制,服務(wù)營銷渠道不暢,服務(wù)協(xié)調(diào)性不強(qiáng)、服務(wù)管理缺乏系統(tǒng)性和先進(jìn)性、員工素質(zhì)低下等問題。本文深入研究了ZBLD保安服務(wù)公司的經(jīng)營狀況,運(yùn)用四維度模型、PEST模型、五力模型、SWAT等多種方式,對該公司的服務(wù)現(xiàn)狀、存在問題、競爭環(huán)境、優(yōu)劣勢進(jìn)行分析,從公司服務(wù)產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新、服務(wù)營銷渠道創(chuàng)新、服務(wù)協(xié)調(diào)性創(chuàng)新、服務(wù)創(chuàng)新策略的保障措施等方面探尋新形勢下ZBLD保安服務(wù)公司的服務(wù)創(chuàng)新策略。旨在從服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的角度全面提高ZBLD保安服務(wù)公司整體競爭實(shí)力,并針對日后可能存在的問題找到合理解決方案,全方位的提升ZBLD保安服務(wù)公司的整理競爭實(shí)力,并為公司持續(xù)、穩(wěn)定發(fā)展提供有力支撐,同時對我國同類型的保安服務(wù)公司全面發(fā)展起到一定的指導(dǎo)和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of modern society and economy, the situation of public security is becoming more and more changeable and complex. The state administrative organs alone can not meet the huge needs of social security, and a large number of social forces are needed to participate in the maintenance of social security. Security plays a more and more important role in maintaining the overall situation of social security in contemporary society. Security service refers to the security units established according to law to meet the safety needs of citizens, legal persons and other social organizations, and to provide professional, safety prevention services and related services to the society. In recent years, security service enterprises have made great progress. Security services cover various fields related to people's lives, such as party and government organs, financial system, schools, organizations, enterprises and institutions, as well as public places, hotels, residential areas and so on. From the simple civil air defense business to guard, patrol, escort, technical prevention and other businesses, the role of maintaining social security and stability has become more and more prominent, for urban construction, economic development, The construction of a harmonious society has played an important role that can not be underestimated. However, China's recognition of the security service industry is not high, and the image of security in the hearts of the people is limited to bank guards, doormen, card points, street patrols, etc., and the remuneration of security practitioners is relatively low. The quality level of security guards is also generally on the low side. ZBLD Security Service Company, as the first local private security company, has certain first-mover advantages, at the same time, there are serious service homogeneity competition and service radius regionalization restrictions. The service marketing channel is not smooth, the service coordination is not strong, the service management is lack of systematicness and advanced nature, the staff quality is low and so on. This paper deeply studies the operating situation of ZBLD security service company, and analyzes the service status, existing problems, competitive environment, advantages and disadvantages of the company by using four-dimensional model, PEST model, five-force model, SWAT and other ways. This paper probes into the service innovation strategy of ZBLD security service company under the new situation from the aspects of service product innovation, service marketing channel innovation, service coordination innovation, service innovation strategy and so on. The purpose of this paper is to improve the overall competitive strength of ZBLD security service company in an all-round way from the point of view of service innovation, and to find a reasonable solution to the problems that may exist in the future, so as to enhance the collation and competitive strength of ZBLD security service company in an all-round way, and to continue for the company. Stable development provides strong support, at the same time, it plays a certain guiding and reference significance for the all-round development of the same type of security service companies in our country.
