基于消費(fèi)者行為分析的打車(chē)軟件行業(yè)發(fā)展策略研究——以武漢地區(qū)的優(yōu)步、滴滴等為例

【摘要】:打車(chē)軟件作為移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)服務(wù)浪潮中一個(gè)極具代表性的應(yīng)用,不論在國(guó)內(nèi)還是在國(guó)外均處于發(fā)展階段。面對(duì)這樣一個(gè)新興產(chǎn)業(yè)和市場(chǎng),我們從消費(fèi)者行為的角度,結(jié)合打車(chē)軟件行業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及存在的問(wèn)題,通過(guò)調(diào)查和數(shù)據(jù)分析,得到相應(yīng)的結(jié)論。能夠?yàn)榇蜍?chē)軟件公司、出租車(chē)司機(jī)以及出租車(chē)公司出謀劃策,為其提供切實(shí)可行的發(fā)展建議與對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:As a representative application of mobile Internet service, ride-hailing software is developing both at home and abroad. In the face of such a new industry and market, from the perspective of consumer behavior, combined with the current situation of the development of taxi software industry and the existing problems, through investigation and data analysis, we get the corresponding conclusions. It can give advice to taxi companies, taxi drivers and taxi companies, and provide practical development suggestions and countermeasures.
