國際外包與我國企業(yè)價(jià)值鏈低碳重構(gòu)研究
[Abstract]:In the 21 st century, global warming is becoming more and more serious. Low-carbon economy has become the theme of economic development. At present, China has become the largest greenhouse gas emitter in the world. However, the mode of our country's participation in international outsourcing is still mainly to undertake manufacturing outsourcing business. "made in China" brings about high pollution and high carbon emissions, which seriously restricts the development of China's low-carbon economy. There has been a tide of industrial transfer with service outsourcing as the main force in the world. International service outsourcing has the characteristics of low resource and energy consumption and less environmental pollution, which is different from the previous processing trade. As a sustainable industrial development model, international service outsourcing has become an important engine for countries to transform their economic development mode and achieve low-carbon economic transformation. Under the background of low carbon economy, actively developing international service outsourcing business and promoting low carbon reconstruction of enterprise value chain become the inevitable choice for Chinese enterprises to realize low carbon value-added, enhance enterprise competitiveness and obtain sustainable competitive advantage. The main contents of this paper are as follows: first, the related concepts of international outsourcing, including transaction cost theory, global value chain theory and low-carbon economy theory. Second, the role of international outsourcing on low-carbon reconstruction of enterprise value chain. The conclusion is that the manufacturing outsourcing structure limits the low carbon reconfiguration of the enterprise value chain, and the service outsourcing can promote the low carbon reconfiguration of the enterprise value chain. We should change the outsourcing structure and develop the international service outsourcing business. Thirdly, the present situation of China's participation in international outsourcing is analyzed, and the influence of various factors of international outsourcing on the low carbon reconstruction of enterprise value chain is studied by using the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Fourth, take Hebei Iron and Steel Group as an example to carry on the case analysis. Combined with the results of empirical analysis, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, such as energy saving and emission reduction, establishing long-term stable cooperative relationship with high quality customers, actively developing and participating in outsourcing business, and so on, in order to effectively promote the low carbon reconstruction of enterprise value chain.
