【摘要】：重慶作為我國(guó)西南地區(qū)唯一的直轄市,是長(zhǎng)江上游經(jīng)濟(jì)中心、國(guó)家重要的現(xiàn)代制造業(yè)基地和西南地區(qū)綜合交通樞紐。近年來(lái),重慶市經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了持續(xù)的快速增長(zhǎng),與此同時(shí),對(duì)外貿(mào)易也保持著強(qiáng)勁的勢(shì)頭,但重慶市對(duì)外貿(mào)易的發(fā)展和沿海發(fā)達(dá)省市相比還有著一定地差距,對(duì)外貿(mào)易的增長(zhǎng)是建立在數(shù)量增長(zhǎng)和低廉價(jià)格的基礎(chǔ)之上的粗放型增長(zhǎng),外貿(mào)的可持續(xù)能力較低。鑒于此,本文借鑒前人的研究成果,結(jié)合重慶近年來(lái)的外貿(mào)數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)重慶市的直轄以來(lái)的外貿(mào)發(fā)展質(zhì)量進(jìn)行分析和評(píng)價(jià),總結(jié)重慶市對(duì)外貿(mào)易的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及存在的問(wèn)題,以期能夠提出一些能夠適用于重慶本地發(fā)展和建設(shè)的政策建議。本文分為六個(gè)部分。第一部分是導(dǎo)論。主要介紹了本文的研究背景、選題意義、主要內(nèi)容、研究方法和技術(shù)路線,并對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了回顧。第二部分是外貿(mào)發(fā)展質(zhì)量有關(guān)問(wèn)題的論述。主要回顧了國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)外貿(mào)易理論,介紹了外貿(mào)發(fā)展質(zhì)量的內(nèi)涵,論述了高質(zhì)量的外貿(mào)發(fā)展的目標(biāo)模式,為下文綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的建立提供理論支持。第三部分是重慶市對(duì)外貿(mào)易發(fā)展?fàn)顩r分析。主要是詳細(xì)介紹了重慶市對(duì)外貿(mào)易發(fā)展的狀況,為設(shè)計(jì)重慶市外貿(mào)發(fā)展質(zhì)量的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)提供了現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)。第四部分是重慶市外貿(mào)發(fā)展質(zhì)量綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的建立。主要是從基礎(chǔ)指標(biāo)、量性指標(biāo)、結(jié)構(gòu)指標(biāo)、效益指標(biāo)四個(gè)方面設(shè)立了具體可行性和可操作性的指標(biāo)評(píng)價(jià)體系。第五部分是實(shí)證分析。主要是利用主成分分析法對(duì)重慶外貿(mào)發(fā)展質(zhì)量進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià),并對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了解釋。第六部分是研究結(jié)論與對(duì)策建議。通過(guò)實(shí)證研究,從綜合評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果可知,重慶市的外貿(mào)發(fā)展水平不斷提高,外貿(mào)發(fā)展質(zhì)量也處于不斷改善的過(guò)程中。從四個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)的分析來(lái)看,重慶外貿(mào)發(fā)展的質(zhì)量基礎(chǔ)較為穩(wěn)固,一直呈現(xiàn)穩(wěn)步上升的趨勢(shì)；量性指標(biāo)和結(jié)構(gòu)指標(biāo)分別在相對(duì)高位和相對(duì)低位波動(dòng)上升；效益指標(biāo)在經(jīng)歷一段窄幅波動(dòng)后出現(xiàn)了穩(wěn)步上升的趨勢(shì)。這說(shuō)明重慶外貿(mào)發(fā)展在數(shù)量方面處于向好的局面,但也反映出相對(duì)于數(shù)量層面,重慶外貿(mào)發(fā)展結(jié)構(gòu)質(zhì)量和效益不高,需要在今后一段時(shí)期利用有利的政策環(huán)境,發(fā)揮區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì),通過(guò)加快科技創(chuàng)新和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型,提升外貿(mào)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,樹立知名品牌,擴(kuò)大外貿(mào)市場(chǎng),從而進(jìn)一步提升外貿(mào)發(fā)展質(zhì)量和外貿(mào)發(fā)展的可持續(xù)性。
[Abstract]:As the only municipality directly under the Central Government in southwest China, Chongqing is an economic center in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River, an important national modern manufacturing base and a comprehensive transportation hub in southwest China. In recent years, the economy of Chongqing has achieved sustained and rapid growth, while foreign trade has maintained a strong momentum. However, the development of foreign trade in Chongqing still has a certain gap with the developed coastal provinces and cities. The growth of foreign trade is an extensive growth based on quantity growth and low price, and the sustainability of foreign trade is low. In view of this, this paper draws lessons from the previous research results, combines the foreign trade data of Chongqing in recent years, carries on the analysis and the appraisal to the Chongqing foreign trade development quality since the direct jurisdiction of Chongqing, summarizes the Chongqing foreign trade development present situation and the existence question. In order to be able to put forward some suitable for local development and construction of Chongqing policy recommendations. This paper is divided into six parts. The first part is an introduction. This paper mainly introduces the research background, the significance, the main content, the research method and the technical route, and reviews the literature at home and abroad. The second part is the discussion about the quality of foreign trade development. This paper reviews the foreign trade theory at home and abroad, introduces the connotation of foreign trade development quality, and discusses the target mode of high quality foreign trade development, which provides theoretical support for the establishment of the following comprehensive evaluation index. The third part is the analysis of Chongqing's foreign trade development. This paper mainly introduces the development of Chongqing foreign trade in detail, and provides a practical basis for designing the evaluation index of Chongqing foreign trade development quality. The fourth part is the establishment of the comprehensive evaluation index system of Chongqing foreign trade development quality. The evaluation system of concrete feasibility and maneuverability is established from four aspects: basic index, quantity index, structure index and benefit index. The fifth part is empirical analysis. The principal component analysis is used to evaluate the development quality of Chongqing's foreign trade and the results are explained. The sixth part is the research conclusion and the countermeasure suggestion. Through the empirical study, the comprehensive evaluation results show that the level of foreign trade development in Chongqing is constantly improving, and the quality of foreign trade development is also in the process of continuous improvement. From the analysis of the four secondary indexes, the quality basis of Chongqing's foreign trade development is relatively stable, and it has been showing a steady upward trend, the quantitative index and the structural index are fluctuating at the relative high and low levels, respectively. The benefit index has been rising steadily after a period of narrow fluctuation. This shows that the development of foreign trade in Chongqing is in a positive situation in terms of quantity, but it also reflects that the quality and efficiency of Chongqing's foreign trade development structure are not high compared to the quantitative level, so it is necessary to make use of the favorable policy environment in the coming period to give full play to its geographical advantages. Through speeding up the innovation of science and technology and the transformation of industrial structure, enhancing the competitiveness of foreign trade, setting up famous brands and expanding the foreign trade market, the quality of foreign trade development and the sustainability of foreign trade development can be further improved.
