【摘要】：服務(wù)業(yè)在世界經(jīng)濟(jì)中發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用,然而目前服務(wù)績(jī)效研究主要集中于特定服務(wù)部門或企業(yè).通過建立一個(gè)適用于一般服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的通用指標(biāo)體系,為服務(wù)部門績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)提供參考依據(jù).并且網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下的服務(wù)系統(tǒng)可以包含不同行業(yè)的服務(wù)組織,利用可拓評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下的服務(wù)系統(tǒng)績(jī)效進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),可以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)服務(wù)系統(tǒng)績(jī)效從縱向和橫向兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià).最后用一個(gè)含6個(gè)服務(wù)組織的服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)為案例驗(yàn)證結(jié)論.
[Abstract]:Service industry plays a more and more important role in the world economy. However, the research on service performance is mainly focused on specific service sectors or enterprises. By establishing a general index system suitable for general service system, this paper provides a reference for the performance evaluation of service departments. And the service system under the network environment can include the service organizations of different industries. Using extension evaluation method to evaluate the performance of the service system under the network environment can realize the evaluation of the service system performance from the vertical and horizontal aspects. Finally, a service network system with 6 service organizations is used as a case study.
