商業(yè)銀行參與P2P業(yè)務(wù)的方式及路徑研究

【摘要】:2015年7月,國(guó)務(wù)院出臺(tái)《關(guān)于積極推進(jìn)“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”行動(dòng)的指導(dǎo)意見(jiàn)》,鼓勵(lì)各行各業(yè)積極發(fā)展“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”戰(zhàn)略,助推中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)。近年來(lái),“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+傳統(tǒng)行業(yè)”發(fā)展的如火如荼,其中,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融尤為突出。隨著傳統(tǒng)金融機(jī)構(gòu)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)化戰(zhàn)略步伐的加快,手機(jī)銀行、網(wǎng)絡(luò)銀行、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)理財(cái)、P2P網(wǎng)絡(luò)貸款等業(yè)務(wù)逐步涌現(xiàn)。傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)銀行在發(fā)展互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融尤其是P2P網(wǎng)絡(luò)貸款方面也逐步加速。本文通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外P2P網(wǎng)絡(luò)借貸相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的回顧,發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)前對(duì)于P2P網(wǎng)貸與傳統(tǒng)銀行業(yè)關(guān)系的研究,基本停留在P2P網(wǎng)貸對(duì)商業(yè)銀行的影響階段,而對(duì)于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融尤其是P2P網(wǎng)貸發(fā)展日益壯大的背景下,商業(yè)銀行如何應(yīng)對(duì)僅僅提供方向性的指導(dǎo),關(guān)于商業(yè)銀行具體以何種方式參與P2P業(yè)務(wù)的研究不是很充分。因此,本文主要研究商業(yè)銀行參與P2P網(wǎng)絡(luò)借貸業(yè)務(wù)的方式及路徑。首先,在分析P2P網(wǎng)絡(luò)借貸發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,探尋商業(yè)銀行參與P2P業(yè)務(wù)的理論基礎(chǔ)與現(xiàn)實(shí)基礎(chǔ);其次,在梳理國(guó)內(nèi)外商業(yè)銀行參與P2P業(yè)務(wù)方式的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)三種方式進(jìn)行優(yōu)劣分析,從而對(duì)不同類型商業(yè)銀行參與P2P業(yè)務(wù)的方式提供建議。再次,從客戶、業(yè)務(wù)和風(fēng)控領(lǐng)域出發(fā),分析商業(yè)銀行參與P2P業(yè)務(wù)的可行路徑。在對(duì)商業(yè)銀行參與P2P業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行規(guī)范分析的基礎(chǔ)上,本文運(yùn)用面板回歸分析方法論證路徑的可行性。限于銀行系P2P平臺(tái)運(yùn)營(yíng)數(shù)量少、運(yùn)營(yíng)時(shí)間短、數(shù)據(jù)不充分的現(xiàn)狀,難以進(jìn)行充分的實(shí)證分析。因此,本文通過(guò)研究客戶、業(yè)務(wù)和風(fēng)控對(duì)P2P平臺(tái)的影響,進(jìn)而論證商業(yè)銀行采取此路徑的可行性。實(shí)證部分,本文選取了160家P2P平臺(tái)作為研究樣本,運(yùn)用面板回歸分析方法,探究客戶、業(yè)務(wù)和風(fēng)控等路徑的可行性,以P2P網(wǎng)貸平臺(tái)借款成功率為被解釋變量,以客戶、業(yè)務(wù)和風(fēng)控所影響的平臺(tái)投資人數(shù)、平臺(tái)資金規(guī)模和平臺(tái)成交量為解釋變量,論證三者與P2P平臺(tái)借款成功率具有顯著正相關(guān)關(guān)系,從而論證了客戶、業(yè)務(wù)和風(fēng)控路徑對(duì)于商業(yè)銀行參與P2P業(yè)務(wù)的可行性與有效性。本文通過(guò)對(duì)商業(yè)銀行參與P2P業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行理論分析與現(xiàn)實(shí)分析、規(guī)范分析與實(shí)證分析,為商業(yè)銀行提供參與P2P業(yè)務(wù)的方式及路徑參考,以便于商業(yè)銀行更好參與網(wǎng)貸業(yè)務(wù)。在方式上,商業(yè)銀行可根據(jù)自身發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況,選擇提供資金存管服務(wù)、自建P2P平臺(tái)或是與現(xiàn)有P2P平臺(tái)合作等方式,發(fā)展P2P業(yè)務(wù);在路徑上,商業(yè)銀行可選擇以客戶業(yè)務(wù)補(bǔ)充為重點(diǎn)的收益提升路徑或是以風(fēng)控領(lǐng)域補(bǔ)缺為重點(diǎn)的安全保障路徑,以充分發(fā)揮商業(yè)銀行的現(xiàn)有優(yōu)勢(shì),實(shí)現(xiàn)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)化戰(zhàn)略的穩(wěn)步推進(jìn)。
[Abstract]:In July 2015, the State Council issued the guidance on actively promoting the "Internet", encouraging all industries to actively develop the "Internet" strategy, and promoting China's economic transformation and upgrading. In recent years, the "traditional Internet industry" is in full swing, among which, Internet finance is particularly prominent. With the quickening of the strategy of traditional financial institutions, mobile banking, internet financing and P2P network loans are emerging gradually. Traditional commercial banks in the development of Internet finance, especially P2P network loans are also gradually accelerated. Based on the review of domestic and foreign literatures on P2P network lending, this paper finds that the current research on the relationship between P2P network lending and traditional banking is basically at the stage of the impact of P2P network lending on commercial banks. However, with the development of Internet finance, especially P2P network loan, the research on how commercial banks should only provide directional guidance on how to participate in P2P business is not sufficient. Therefore, this paper mainly studies the ways and paths for commercial banks to participate in P2P network lending business. First of all, on the basis of analyzing the current situation of P2P network lending, it explores the theoretical and practical basis for commercial banks to participate in P2P business. Secondly, on the basis of combing the domestic and foreign commercial banks to participate in P2P business, This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the three ways, and provides suggestions for different types of commercial banks to participate in P2P business. Thirdly, from the customer, business and wind control field, the paper analyzes the feasible path for commercial banks to participate in P2P business. Based on the normative analysis of commercial banks' participation in P2P business, this paper uses panel regression analysis to demonstrate the feasibility of the path. Limited to the bank P2P platform operation quantity is small, the operation time is short, the data is insufficient, it is difficult to carry on the sufficient empirical analysis. Therefore, this paper studies the impact of customer, business and wind control on P2P platform, and then demonstrates the feasibility of commercial banks to take this path. In the empirical part, this paper selects 160 P2P platforms as the research sample, uses the panel regression analysis method to explore the feasibility of the path of customer, business and wind control, taking the success rate of P2P network loan platform as the explanatory variable, and taking the customer as the customer. Business and wind control influence the number of platform investment, platform capital scale and platform turnover as explanatory variables. It is demonstrated that the three factors have a significant positive correlation with P2P platform loan success rate, thus demonstrating the customer. The feasibility and effectiveness of business and wind control path for commercial banks to participate in P2P business. Through the theoretical and practical analysis, normative analysis and empirical analysis of commercial banks participating in P2P business, this paper provides the way and path reference for commercial banks to participate in P2P business, so as to facilitate commercial banks to participate in network lending business better. In the way, according to their own development strategy and business situation, commercial banks can choose to provide funds management services, build their own P2P platform or cooperate with existing P2P platforms to develop P2P business. The commercial banks can choose the revenue enhancement path with the emphasis on customer business supplement or the security path with the emphasis on the wind control field in order to give full play to the existing advantages of commercial banks and realize the steady progress of the strategy of Internet.
