電商平臺(tái)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)消費(fèi)金融發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:從2011年開始,我國(guó)GDP增速連續(xù)六年下滑,之前依靠投資和出口拉動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的模式已經(jīng)不再適合當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,拉動(dòng)內(nèi)需消費(fèi)刺激實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)成為當(dāng)下中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)深化改革的可行方向。目前,大多數(shù)發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家大多為消費(fèi)驅(qū)動(dòng)型經(jīng)濟(jì),居民消費(fèi)對(duì)一國(guó)的GDP有很大的貢獻(xiàn),這與其發(fā)達(dá)的消費(fèi)金融體系是分不開的,消費(fèi)金融對(duì)于釋放國(guó)民消費(fèi)潛力、促進(jìn)國(guó)民消費(fèi)需求、拉動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)并提升經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展質(zhì)量有十分重要的意義。隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的不斷成熟,金融行業(yè)面臨全新的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn),作為金融行業(yè)細(xì)分領(lǐng)域的消費(fèi)金融也開始有了新的變革,以阿里巴巴、京東為代表的電商巨頭紛紛在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)消費(fèi)金融領(lǐng)域發(fā)力,相繼推出了一系列產(chǎn)品服務(wù),憑借其快捷的審批流程、垂直的消費(fèi)場(chǎng)景、普惠的產(chǎn)品理念,盤活了沉寂多年的消費(fèi)金融市場(chǎng),并推動(dòng)其向數(shù)據(jù)化、場(chǎng)景化、細(xì)分化的方向發(fā)展。本文首先深入分析了以商業(yè)銀行、消費(fèi)金融公司為代表的金融機(jī)構(gòu)在傳統(tǒng)消費(fèi)金融業(yè)務(wù)方面的不足,進(jìn)而對(duì)比分析電商平臺(tái)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)消費(fèi)金融的優(yōu)勢(shì),得出其能夠迅速打開市場(chǎng)的原因,總結(jié)電商平臺(tái)進(jìn)入消費(fèi)金融領(lǐng)域?qū)φ麄(gè)消費(fèi)金融市場(chǎng)的影響。通過以阿里巴巴和京東為案例具體分析其推出的消費(fèi)金融產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)、運(yùn)營(yíng)模式和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制體系,分析出電商平臺(tái)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)消費(fèi)金融當(dāng)前所面臨的一系列風(fēng)險(xiǎn)與挑戰(zhàn)。通過對(duì)以商業(yè)銀行傳統(tǒng)消費(fèi)金融業(yè)務(wù)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)化模式、P2P平臺(tái)消費(fèi)金融模式為代表的其他互聯(lián)網(wǎng)消費(fèi)金融模式的對(duì)比分析,總結(jié)出電商平臺(tái)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)消費(fèi)金融客戶信用狀況不全面、消費(fèi)場(chǎng)景單一、資金來源不夠豐富等問題,并且對(duì)其他互聯(lián)網(wǎng)消費(fèi)金融模式進(jìn)行積極借鑒,在控制信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和完善運(yùn)營(yíng)模式方面得到啟發(fā)。最后通過對(duì)美國(guó)和歐洲消費(fèi)金融公司在市場(chǎng)定位、運(yùn)營(yíng)模式、客戶拓展、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)把控等方面的具體分析,總結(jié)其對(duì)我國(guó)電商平臺(tái)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)消費(fèi)金融的啟示。基于我國(guó)電商平臺(tái)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)消費(fèi)金融發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,以及國(guó)內(nèi)其他互聯(lián)網(wǎng)消費(fèi)金融模式和國(guó)外成熟的消費(fèi)金融體系的借鑒,在大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代背景下的電商平臺(tái)發(fā)展互聯(lián)網(wǎng)消費(fèi)金融應(yīng)制定降低平臺(tái)技術(shù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、把控客戶信用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、成立行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)、拓寬融資渠道等方面策略,政府應(yīng)當(dāng)加快推進(jìn)個(gè)人征信體系的建設(shè),完善監(jiān)管法律體系,設(shè)立市場(chǎng)準(zhǔn)入機(jī)制,建立不斷成熟完善的社會(huì)信用環(huán)境和法制環(huán)境,保障電商平臺(tái)為代表的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)消費(fèi)金融的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since 2011, China's GDP growth rate has declined for six consecutive years. The previous model of relying on investment and export-led economic growth is no longer suitable for the current economic development. Stimulating domestic demand and consumption to stimulate the real economy has become a feasible direction for deepening the reform of China's economic structure. At present, most developed countries are mostly consumer-driven economies, and residents' consumption has a great contribution to a country's GDP, which is inseparable from its developed consumer financial system. Consumer finance can release the potential of national consumption. It is of great significance to promote national consumption demand, promote economic growth and improve the quality of economic development. With the continuous maturity of Internet technology, the financial industry is facing new opportunities and challenges. Consumer finance, as a subdivision of the financial industry, has also begun to have a new change, with Alibaba, The e-commerce giants represented by JingDong have launched a series of products and services in the field of Internet consumer finance one after another, relying on their quick approval process, vertical consumption scenarios, and universal product philosophy. The consumer financial market, which has been silent for many years, has been developed towards the direction of data, scene and fine differentiation. This paper first analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional consumer finance business of the financial institutions represented by commercial banks and consumer finance companies, and then compares and analyzes the advantages of Internet consumer finance on e-commerce platform. The reason why it can open the market quickly is concluded, and the influence of e-commerce platform entering the consumer finance field on the whole consumer finance market is summarized. Taking Alibaba and JingDong as examples, this paper analyzes the characteristics of consumer finance products, operation mode and risk control system, and analyzes a series of risks and challenges faced by Internet consumer finance on e-commerce platform. Based on the comparative analysis of other Internet consumption finance models represented by traditional consumer finance business of commercial banks and P2P platform, the paper concludes that the credit status of Internet consumer finance customers in e-commerce platform is not comprehensive. The consumption scenario is single, the source of funds is not rich enough, and other Internet consumption financial models are actively used for reference, in the control of credit risk and improve the operation model has been inspired. Finally, through the specific analysis of American and European consumer finance companies in the market positioning, operation mode, customer expansion, risk control and other aspects of the specific analysis, summed up its e-commerce platform for China's Internet consumer finance enlightenment. Based on the current situation of Internet consumption finance development in China's e-commerce platform, as well as other domestic Internet consumption finance models and foreign mature consumer finance system, In the context of big data era, the development of Internet consumer finance platform under the background of big data should be formulated to reduce the platform technology risk, control the credit risk of customers, set up industry associations, broaden the financing channels and so on. The government should speed up the construction of the personal credit system, improve the legal system of supervision, set up a market access mechanism, and establish a mature and perfect social credit and legal environment. To ensure the healthy development of Internet consumer finance represented by e-commerce platform.
