【摘要】：伴隨著跨越式發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的推進(jìn)與落實(shí),新疆的對(duì)外工程承包行業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,對(duì)外工程承包行業(yè)的快速增長(zhǎng)已經(jīng)成為了新疆走向世界的新亮點(diǎn),因此研究新疆對(duì)外工程承包行業(yè)的發(fā)展至關(guān)重要。本文選擇新疆對(duì)外工程承包行業(yè)為研究對(duì)象,首先對(duì)新疆對(duì)外工程承包行業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀作了較為系統(tǒng)的梳理;其次運(yùn)用貝恩指數(shù)法、行業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變動(dòng)率法等定量分析法,并結(jié)合定性分析法,從國際和國內(nèi)兩個(gè)角度,探討了影響新疆對(duì)外工程承包行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)的關(guān)鍵環(huán)境因素;然后運(yùn)用回歸分析法定量預(yù)測(cè)了新疆對(duì)外工程承包行業(yè)實(shí)際營(yíng)業(yè)額、新簽合同額以及累計(jì)派遣各類勞務(wù)人數(shù)的趨勢(shì)變動(dòng)函數(shù),分別為:y1=(1/500+85.169*0.673t1)(-1)、y2=(1/225+86.607*0.641t2)(-1)以及y3=e(9.254-3.854/t3),并結(jié)合現(xiàn)狀、環(huán)境的分析,定性預(yù)測(cè)了未來新疆對(duì)外工程承包企業(yè)的規(guī)模將會(huì)日益擴(kuò)大、合作方式將會(huì)更趨多元,主流業(yè)務(wù)模式將可能變更為對(duì)外直接投資,對(duì)外工程承包行業(yè)的市場(chǎng)范圍將會(huì)日益擴(kuò)大,行業(yè)融資水平將會(huì)進(jìn)一步被提升。最后從政府的層面,提出了輔助企業(yè)抓住機(jī)遇、迎接挑戰(zhàn)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:With the promotion and implementation of the leap-forward development strategy, the foreign engineering contracting industry in Xinjiang has developed rapidly, and the rapid growth of the foreign engineering contracting industry has become a new bright spot for Xinjiang to move towards the world. Therefore, it is very important to study the development of external engineering contracting industry in Xinjiang. This paper chooses the foreign engineering contracting industry of Xinjiang as the research object. Firstly, it systematically combs the development status of the foreign engineering contracting industry in Xinjiang, and then uses the Bain index method, the industry structure change rate method and other quantitative analysis methods. Combined with qualitative analysis method, this paper discusses the key environmental factors that affect the development trend of Xinjiang's foreign engineering contracting industry from the international and domestic perspectives, and then forecasts the actual turnover of Xinjiang's foreign engineering contracting industry by using regression analysis. The trend function of the newly signed contract amount and the cumulative number of labor workers dispatched is: y1 = (1 / 500 85.169*0.673t1) (-1) y2 = (1 / 225 86.607*0.641t2) (-1) and y3e (9.254-3.854/t3). Combined with the analysis of the current situation and the environment, it is predicted qualitatively that the scale of foreign engineering contracting enterprises in Xinjiang will be increasingly expanded in the future. The mode of cooperation will be more diversified, the mainstream business model may be changed to foreign direct investment, the market scope of OPC industry will be expanded day by day, and the level of industry financing will be further raised. Finally, from the level of government, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to assist enterprises to seize the opportunities and meet the challenges.
