【摘要】：嬰幼兒生長速度快,服裝更新頻繁,產(chǎn)生廢舊服裝量大。由于此類服裝面料多以棉或棉混紡織物為主,從可循環(huán)利用角度來看,作為回收原料是非常合適的。目前我國服裝回收體系還處于起步階段,本文以廢舊嬰幼兒服裝回收為研究對象,在閱讀大量廢舊服裝回收再利用相關(guān)文獻以及歸納、總結(jié)前人的研究基礎(chǔ)上,比較系統(tǒng)地分析研究了廢舊嬰幼兒服裝回收體系在我國的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題以及推進措施。本文在文獻研究及訪談的基礎(chǔ)上,先歸納了廢舊嬰幼兒服裝回收體系的構(gòu)建維度和評價指標(biāo),建立初始評價體系,通過調(diào)查問卷設(shè)計,運用SPSS分析軟件對問卷數(shù)據(jù)進行信度分析、描述性統(tǒng)計分析、效度分析等,對指標(biāo)進行刪減。對數(shù)據(jù)進行因子分析,最終確定調(diào)整后的5個維度,20個評價指標(biāo)作為最終的嬰幼兒廢舊服裝再利用價值評價指標(biāo)體系。根據(jù)層次分析法的基本原理和基本步驟,建立了廢舊嬰幼兒服裝回收體系的構(gòu)建模型,通過權(quán)重分析專家問卷打分結(jié)果得出對廢舊嬰幼兒服裝回收體系的構(gòu)建影響最大指標(biāo)依次是回收體系公信度、需求量、服裝保形性、服裝面輔料的特性、甲醛含量等,為目前廢棄嬰幼兒服裝回收中應(yīng)重點解決問題的提出奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。根據(jù)以上分析研究認(rèn)為,回收機構(gòu)在嬰幼兒服裝回收體系構(gòu)建過程中要充分重視的指標(biāo)分別是:回收體系內(nèi)部評價指標(biāo)中“回收體系公信度”,回收體系的價值指標(biāo)中的“需求量”,廢舊嬰幼兒服裝的感官指標(biāo)中的“服裝保形性”,廢舊嬰幼兒服裝的內(nèi)在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)指標(biāo)中的“服裝面輔料的特性”,在“公共衛(wèi)生健康”指標(biāo)中的甲醛含量問題幾方面。
[Abstract]:The infant grows fast, the clothing renewal frequently, produces the waste clothing quantity to be big. Because cotton or cotton blended fabric is the main fabric of this kind of clothing fabric, it is very suitable to use it as a recycled material from the point of view of recycling. At present, the clothing recovery system of our country is still in the initial stage. This paper takes the recycling of used infant clothing as the research object, on the basis of reading a large number of relevant documents and summing up the previous research. In this paper, the current situation, existing problems and promotion measures of the recovery system of used infant clothing in China are analyzed and studied systematically. On the basis of literature research and interview, this paper first summarizes the dimensions and evaluation indexes of the recovery system of waste infant clothing, establishes the initial evaluation system, and designs the questionnaire. The reliability analysis, descriptive statistical analysis and validity analysis of questionnaire data were carried out with SPSS analysis software. By factor analysis of the data, 5 dimensions after adjustment were determined, and 20 evaluation indexes were used as the final evaluation index system of the reuse value of used clothing for infants and young children. According to the basic principles and steps of Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), a model of recycling system for used infant clothing was established. According to the result of expert questionnaire of weight analysis, it is concluded that the most important indexes that affect the construction of recycling system for used infants and children are the credibility of the recovery system, the demand for the recovery system, the shape preservation of clothing, the characteristics of garment surface accessories, the content of formaldehyde, etc. It lays a theoretical foundation for solving the problems in the recycling of abandoned infant clothing. According to the above analysis and research, the indexes that should be paid more attention to in the process of constructing the recovery system of infant clothing are the "credibility of the recovery system" in the internal evaluation index of the recovery system. The "demand" in the value index of the recovery system, the "garment shape preservation" in the sensory index of the used infant garment, and the "characteristics of the garment surface accessories" in the intrinsic standard index of the waste infant garment, The content of formaldehyde in the index of public health is a few aspects.
