【摘要】:隨著再生資源回收利用行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展和國家產(chǎn)業(yè)政策的調(diào)整,作為再生資源回收利用行業(yè)的傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)和地區(qū)優(yōu)勢企業(yè),未來幾年將是蘭州市再生資源回收公司實現(xiàn)規(guī)模擴張、加快發(fā)展的重要戰(zhàn)略機遇期。在此條件下,企業(yè)如何抓住機遇,應(yīng)對挑戰(zhàn)、推進企業(yè)發(fā)展,已成為公司急需解決的重大課題。本文旨在以蘭州市再生資源回收公司發(fā)展面臨的外部環(huán)境、內(nèi)部資源及主要業(yè)務(wù)能力為依據(jù),以企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理相關(guān)理論為指導(dǎo),分析公司的發(fā)展環(huán)境,剖析公司的競爭能力,參照宏觀經(jīng)濟形勢預(yù)測、再生資源回收利用行業(yè)的前景分析和區(qū)域再生資源回收利用產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展實際,理論與實踐相結(jié)合,運用行業(yè)競爭結(jié)構(gòu)模型和SWOT分析模型等,對公司目前的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行系統(tǒng)的分析研究,提出公司下一步的戰(zhàn)略選擇和保障措施。本文研究總體認為,隨著再生資源回收利用行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,公司技術(shù)裝備陳舊、人力資源不足、產(chǎn)品附加值低等已成為制約公司可持續(xù)發(fā)展的主要因素,因此蘭州市再生資源回收公司應(yīng)以“全力發(fā)展再生資源回收利用主營業(yè)務(wù),不斷提高企業(yè)核心競爭力”為思路,推進規(guī)模擴張、延伸產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,打造區(qū)域再生資源回收利用龍頭企業(yè)。文章最后圍繞蘭州市再生資源回收公司的具體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標,從加強核心業(yè)務(wù)競爭力、科技領(lǐng)先競爭戰(zhàn)略、推進規(guī)模擴張、著力提高品牌價值和推進重點項目建設(shè)等五個方面做出了企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略選擇,從加大資金投入、加強組織協(xié)調(diào)、加大營銷力度、推進隊伍建設(shè)以及塑造優(yōu)秀企業(yè)文化等五個方面制定了戰(zhàn)略實施的保障措施,對蘭州市再生資源回收公司的發(fā)展具有實際指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of recycling industry and the adjustment of national industrial policy, as the traditional enterprise and regional advantage enterprise of recycling resources recycling industry, the future years will be an important period of opportunity for Lanzhou recycling company to realize scale expansion and speed up its development. Under this condition, how to seize the machine To meet the challenges and promote the development of enterprises has become a major issue that the company needs to solve urgently. This paper aims at the external environment, internal resources and main business capabilities of the Lanzhou recycling resource recycling company, guided by the theory of enterprise strategic management, analyzing the development environment of the company, and analyzing the competitive ability of the company. According to the macro economic situation forecast, the prospect analysis of recycling resource recycling industry and the actual development of reclaimed resources recycling industry, combining theory with practice, using industry competition structure model and SWOT analysis model, the current development status of the company is analyzed and studied, and the next strategic selection of the company is put forward. With the rapid development of renewable resources recycling industry, the company's technical equipment is obsolete, the human resources are insufficient, and the value-added of the product has become the main factor that restricts the sustainable development of the company. Therefore, the reclaimed recycling company in Lanzhou should take "the full development of recycling resources recovery and utilization". The main business, continuously improve the core competitiveness of enterprises "as a train of thought, promote scale expansion, extend industrial chain, create regional recycling resources recycling leading enterprises. Finally, the article centers on the specific development strategic objectives of Lanzhou recycling resource recycling company, from strengthening the core business competitiveness, scientific and technological leading competition strategy, and promoting scale expansion. In order to improve the brand value and promote the construction of key projects, we have made the strategic choice of the enterprise. It has formulated the strategic implementation measures from five aspects, such as increasing capital investment, strengthening organization and coordination, strengthening marketing, promoting team construction and molding excellent enterprise culture, and the development of Lanzhou recycling resource recycling company. The exhibition has practical guiding significance.
