【摘要】:在經(jīng)濟(jì)步入新常態(tài)以及中央八項(xiàng)規(guī)定出臺(tái)的新形勢(shì)下,酒店業(yè)都受到了不同程度的影響,尤其是市場(chǎng)定位為政務(wù)接待、公款消費(fèi)的酒店影響重大,酒店業(yè)要考慮轉(zhuǎn)型與發(fā)展,科學(xué)定位,不斷創(chuàng)新,轉(zhuǎn)型要向大眾化、特色化、經(jīng)濟(jì)型方向發(fā)展。我們對(duì)新形勢(shì)下星級(jí)酒店的現(xiàn)狀、特點(diǎn)和存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了剖析,并提出了相應(yīng)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的對(duì)策和措施。
[Abstract]:Under the new situation in which the economy enters the new normal and the eight regulations of the Central Committee are issued, the hotel industry has been affected to varying degrees, especially when the market positioning is government affairs reception, and the public funds consumption of hotels has a significant impact, so the hotel industry should consider the transition and development. Scientific orientation, continuous innovation, transformation to popular, characteristic, economic development direction. This paper analyzes the present situation, characteristics and existing problems of star hotels under the new situation, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and measures for transformation and upgrading.
