【摘要】：本文主要介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外研究蒙中關(guān)系的一些現(xiàn)狀,蒙中貿(mào)易關(guān)系發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,以及影響蒙中之間經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的因素,并針對(duì)這些因素提出推進(jìn)蒙中貿(mào)易的對(duì)策建議,以實(shí)現(xiàn)蒙中兩國(guó)經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系向縱深方向發(fā)展,推進(jìn)兩國(guó)互利共贏,共同提高國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。本論文共分為四個(gè)部分,第一部分主要介紹了研究蒙中兩國(guó)貿(mào)易發(fā)展問(wèn)題及對(duì)策的背景。第二部分主要闡述了研究蒙中貿(mào)易發(fā)展問(wèn)題及其對(duì)策的理論基礎(chǔ)、研究方法和研究思路。第三部分主要描述了蒙中貿(mào)易發(fā)展歷程和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀分析。第四部分是關(guān)于蒙中貿(mào)易合作出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題及成因的分析。最后是推進(jìn)蒙中貿(mào)易提出的對(duì)策建議�？偨Y(jié)來(lái)說(shuō),中國(guó)已經(jīng)成蒙古國(guó)出口第一大國(guó)以及最大的投資國(guó),蒙中兩國(guó)之間的進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易總額占蒙古國(guó)對(duì)外貿(mào)易總額一半以上。但是蒙中之間存在著諸多制約經(jīng)貿(mào)發(fā)展的因素,并且國(guó)際動(dòng)蕩的經(jīng)濟(jì)政治環(huán)境也對(duì)蒙中貿(mào)易產(chǎn)生巨大的外部影響,存在著產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)單一,以資源出口型經(jīng)濟(jì)為主,基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和技術(shù)能力薄弱,人力資源不足等問(wèn)題。因此,針對(duì)這些問(wèn)題各方應(yīng)采取適當(dāng)措施,逐步改善蒙中之間的經(jīng)貿(mào)往來(lái)局面,促進(jìn)兩國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)更加健康發(fā)展,如可以尋求中國(guó)“一帶一路”倡議與蒙古國(guó)“草原之路”倡議的有效契合點(diǎn),改善蒙古國(guó)投資環(huán)境,中國(guó)政府應(yīng)鼓勵(lì)外商到蒙古國(guó)投資,加強(qiáng)環(huán)保意識(shí),更新觀念,推進(jìn)蒙中兩國(guó)共同發(fā)展,消除蒙古國(guó)民眾各種阻礙兩國(guó)合作貿(mào)易的落后觀念,使得經(jīng)濟(jì)更加健康有序發(fā)展等。近年來(lái),無(wú)論政府還是民間,兩國(guó)在政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化等方面都交往頻繁,并且兩國(guó)都相互尊重對(duì)方獨(dú)立、主權(quán)和領(lǐng)土完整,抓住發(fā)展機(jī)遇,不斷深化經(jīng)貿(mào)等各領(lǐng)域的合作交往,蒙中兩國(guó)之間尤其在畜牧業(yè)、畜產(chǎn)品深加工、礦產(chǎn)資源開(kāi)發(fā)利用等方面合作前景廣闊。蒙中兩國(guó)要將互信互利為發(fā)展兩國(guó)關(guān)系的基本原則,體動(dòng)互聯(lián)互通合作,推動(dòng)蒙中在大戰(zhàn)略大項(xiàng)目上的合作更上一層樓。只有這樣,蒙中兩國(guó)才能逐步提高國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,經(jīng)貿(mào)方面穩(wěn)步前進(jìn),矗立于民族世界之林。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly introduces the present situation of research on Mongolia-China relations at home and abroad, the development of trade relations between Mongolia and China, and the factors that affect the further development of economic and trade between Mongolia and China, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the trade between Mongolia and China. In order to realize the in-depth development of economic and trade relations between Mongolia and China, promote mutual benefit and win-win, and jointly enhance international competitiveness. This thesis is divided into four parts. The first part mainly introduces the background of trade development between Mongolia and China. The second part mainly expounds the theoretical basis, research methods and research ideas of Mongolian and Chinese trade development problems and countermeasures. The third part mainly describes the development of Mongolian and China trade and the analysis of the status quo. The fourth part is the analysis of the problems and causes of trade cooperation between Mongolia and China. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting Mongolian and Chinese trade are put forward. To sum up, China has become Mongolia's largest exporter and largest investor, and the total volume of imports and exports between Mongolia and China accounts for more than half of Mongolia's total foreign trade. However, there are many factors restricting the development of economy and trade between Mongolia and China, and the international turbulent economic and political environment also has a huge external impact on Mongolian and Chinese trade, and there is a single industrial structure, with a resource-export-oriented economy as the main factor. Weak infrastructure and technical capacity, inadequate human resources and other problems. Therefore, all parties to these problems should take appropriate measures to gradually improve the economic and trade exchanges between Mongolia and China, so as to promote more healthy economic development between the two countries. If we can seek the effective joint point between China's "Belt and Road" initiative and Mongolia's "Prairie Road" initiative, and improve Mongolia's investment environment, the Chinese government should encourage foreign investors to invest in Mongolia, strengthen the awareness of environmental protection, and renew the concept. To promote the common development of Mongolia and China, to eliminate all kinds of backward ideas that hinder the cooperation and trade between the two countries, and to make the economy develop more healthily and orderly. In recent years, both governments and people have had frequent exchanges in political, economic, cultural and other fields, and both countries have respected each other's independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity, and seized the opportunity for development. The cooperation between Mongolia and China, especially in animal husbandry, deep processing of livestock products and exploitation and utilization of mineral resources, has broad prospects. Mongolia and China should regard mutual trust and mutual benefit as the basic principle of developing bilateral relations, and promote the cooperation between Mongolia and China in major strategic and major projects. Only in this way can Mongolia and China gradually improve their international competitiveness and advance steadily in economic and trade fields, standing in the forest of the national world.
