【摘要】：我國社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展離不開資源,而中國是人口大國,人均資源占有量少,在社會生產(chǎn)和生活中,由于技術(shù)設(shè)備和其他原因,許多的資源并不能充分的利用,創(chuàng)造出應(yīng)有的經(jīng)濟價值。大量的社會生產(chǎn)資源在我們的身邊卻被我們白白的浪費,這種情況不僅嚴(yán)重阻礙了我國經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,而且對我們的生態(tài)環(huán)境造成很大的負面影響�，F(xiàn)階段我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展速度較快,人民已全面進入小康生活,人們的物質(zhì)生活已得到了充分的滿足。在社會建設(shè)中經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展應(yīng)該同生態(tài)環(huán)境相協(xié)調(diào),我們增強環(huán)境保護意識、節(jié)能意識。我國是農(nóng)業(yè)大國,每年農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)要消耗大量的社會資源,由于粗放的生產(chǎn)管理和經(jīng)營方式,農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的資源利用效率低,資源浪費嚴(yán)重,生態(tài)環(huán)境受農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)污染較為嚴(yán)重。為實現(xiàn)生態(tài)環(huán)境和農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,我們要提高資源利用效率,減少資源的浪費和環(huán)境的污染。觀光農(nóng)業(yè)是傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)和現(xiàn)代旅游業(yè)相結(jié)合的產(chǎn)物,和傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)相比較具有高產(chǎn)出、低污染的優(yōu)勢,可以充分發(fā)揮出農(nóng)業(yè)類作物的經(jīng)濟價值、社會價值和生態(tài)價值,是我國現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的新方式。廢棄物在農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)中的資源化利用是提高農(nóng)業(yè)資源利用效率的重要途徑之一。觀光農(nóng)業(yè)園是我國休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的重要載體,具有很好的展示帶動性。發(fā)展綠色農(nóng)業(yè)、循環(huán)經(jīng)濟,要求在農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)中充分利用廢棄資源,建立起相應(yīng)的循環(huán)系統(tǒng),如魚菜共生系統(tǒng)、秸稈歸田等等。本文主要研究廢棄物質(zhì)資源化在休閑農(nóng)業(yè)園規(guī)劃中的利用,先總體上把握休閑農(nóng)莊的規(guī)劃要素如地形、水體、建筑、道路、景觀小品、植物對休閑農(nóng)莊的影響,再從農(nóng)業(yè)廢棄物、工業(yè)廢棄物及生活廢棄物三個角度分別研究廢棄物質(zhì)資源化在休閑農(nóng)業(yè)園相關(guān)規(guī)劃要素中的利用和經(jīng)營項目中的利用。利用具體要素的案例分析,通過實地勘察法、文獻研究法、對比法總結(jié)廢棄物資源化在休閑農(nóng)業(yè)園中的利用經(jīng)濟效益、社會效益和生態(tài)效益,并結(jié)合實際的規(guī)劃項目去進行驗證得出的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:China's social and economic development can not be separated from resources. However, China is a large country with a large population, and its per capita share of resources is small. In social production and daily life, many resources cannot be fully utilized due to technical equipment and other reasons. Create the economic value you deserve. A large number of social production resources are wasted by us, which not only seriously hinders the development of our economy, but also has a great negative impact on our ecological environment. At the present stage, the economy of our country is developing fast, the people have entered a well-off life in an all-round way, and the material life of people has been fully satisfied. The economic development in social construction should be coordinated with the ecological environment, and we should strengthen the consciousness of environmental protection and energy conservation. Our country is a big agricultural country, agricultural production consumes a large number of social resources every year. Because of extensive production management and management, the utilization efficiency of agricultural production resources is low, the resource waste is serious, and the ecological environment is polluted more seriously by agricultural production. In order to realize the harmonious development of ecological environment and agricultural production, we should improve the efficiency of resource utilization and reduce the waste of resources and environmental pollution. Tourism agriculture is a combination of traditional agriculture and modern tourism. Compared with traditional agriculture, it has the advantages of high output and low pollution. It can give full play to the economic value, social value and ecological value of agricultural crops. Is our country modern agriculture development new way. The reuse of wastes in agricultural production is one of the important ways to improve the utilization efficiency of agricultural resources. Sightseeing agricultural garden is an important carrier of leisure agriculture in China and has a good display. To develop green agriculture and recycle economy, it is necessary to make full use of waste resources in agricultural production, and set up corresponding circulation system, such as fish and vegetable symbiosis system, straw returning to field and so on. This paper mainly studies the utilization of waste material resource in the planning of leisure agriculture garden. Firstly, we grasp the planning elements of leisure farm, such as topography, water body, architecture, road, landscape sketch, and the influence of plants on leisure farm. Then the utilization of waste material resource in the planning elements of leisure agriculture park and the utilization of management project are studied from the three angles of agricultural waste industrial waste and domestic waste respectively. By case analysis of specific elements, through field investigation, literature research and comparison, the economic, social and ecological benefits of the utilization of waste in leisure agriculture garden are summarized. And combined with the actual planning projects to verify the conclusions.
