南京沃普公司拓展訓(xùn)練發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀研究

【摘要】:運用文獻資料法、訪談法、個案分析法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法、問卷調(diào)查法,對南京沃普公司拓展訓(xùn)練發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行研究,包括拓展訓(xùn)練項目、拓展訓(xùn)練教練、拓展訓(xùn)練基地、拓展訓(xùn)練學(xué)員、推展訓(xùn)練安全保障以及個案公司拓展訓(xùn)練實施流程和運作模式相關(guān)問題進行全面地梳理、分析、總結(jié);運用SWOT理論對個案公司進行分析,并實踐參與拓展訓(xùn)練課程,找到個案公司的發(fā)展中存在的問題并給出相應(yīng)的對策。通過系統(tǒng)分析個案公司拓展訓(xùn)練發(fā)展?fàn)顩r總結(jié)沃普公司拓展訓(xùn)練成功的經(jīng)驗,發(fā)現(xiàn)發(fā)展過程中存在的不足,以期為其他拓展公司發(fā)展提供參考。研究結(jié)論和建議如下:主要結(jié)論:1、個案公司課程體系較完善,傳統(tǒng)項目較多,但是項目更新較少,自主研發(fā)的拓展訓(xùn)練項目更少,培訓(xùn)項目創(chuàng)新性不夠。2、個案公司中部分拓展教練工作年限偏低,個案公司32位教練中,經(jīng)過公司培訓(xùn)和專業(yè)認(rèn)證的教練只有4人,占總?cè)藬?shù)的12.5%,從業(yè)人員的專業(yè)素養(yǎng)差別較大。個案公司拓展教練管理制度較為系統(tǒng),薪酬福利體系完善。3、個案公司多方位投資建設(shè)拓展訓(xùn)練基地,拓展基地交通便利,環(huán)境優(yōu)美,配套設(shè)施齊全。但基地管理維護成本過高等因素導(dǎo)致基地維護不到位的情況時有發(fā)生。4、通過參訓(xùn)學(xué)員對個案公司的總體滿意度較高。對教練表現(xiàn)評價差別較大,和拓展教練專業(yè)水平有關(guān);課程內(nèi)容設(shè)計學(xué)員評價基本一致,項目安排比較具有針對性、實用性和啟發(fā)性;學(xué)員比較認(rèn)可個案公司的后勤保障和現(xiàn)場的服務(wù)工作。5、個案公司拓展訓(xùn)練發(fā)展近5年中,沒有出過重大安全事故,但是各種各樣的擦傷意外不斷。6、個案公司結(jié)合自身豐富專業(yè)的基地資源、教練資源,與當(dāng)?shù)鼐频旰献?為參訓(xùn)學(xué)員提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的拓展訓(xùn)練課程,采用的是一元和二元相結(jié)合的運作模式。7、運用SWOT分析法對個案公司拓展訓(xùn)練進行分析,豐富穩(wěn)定的客戶資源,安全專業(yè)的基地優(yōu)勢,地方連鎖品牌優(yōu)勢為個案公司拓展訓(xùn)練的發(fā)展打下了堅實的基礎(chǔ),同時拓展教練整體專業(yè)度不高,拓展基地建設(shè)維護成本、教練開支過高,課程自主研發(fā)能力薄弱也成為個案公司拓展訓(xùn)練發(fā)展的制約因素;新的發(fā)展時期,個案公司在基地優(yōu)勢資源轉(zhuǎn)化,拓展旅游業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)掘,親子課程開發(fā)方面具備很多發(fā)展機遇,同時也面臨著市場同行激烈競爭的外部挑戰(zhàn)和拓展訓(xùn)練課程同質(zhì)化嚴(yán)重的內(nèi)部挑戰(zhàn)。研究建議:1、針對論文得出的結(jié)論個案公司要在現(xiàn)有的拓展訓(xùn)練課程基礎(chǔ)之上加大對拓展訓(xùn)練項目研發(fā)的投入,整合優(yōu)勢項目,設(shè)計自主研發(fā)的特色拓展訓(xùn)練課程。以滿足當(dāng)前拓展訓(xùn)練的需求量。2、提高拓展訓(xùn)練教練的專業(yè)度,重視對拓展教練的資格認(rèn)證。同時吸引更高學(xué)歷的專業(yè)人員從事拓展訓(xùn)練行業(yè)。優(yōu)化拓展教練晉升機制,建立健全初級教練資源信息庫,做好拓展教練梯度培養(yǎng)工作,加強對拓展教練的監(jiān)督、管理3、做好拓展基地及高空保護裝備的維護保養(yǎng)工作,優(yōu)化對拓展基地的管理、維護,降低公司拓展基地維護成本。4、優(yōu)化拓展訓(xùn)練實施流程,做好拓展訓(xùn)練不同階段的工作任務(wù)。著力提升整體拓展教練的技能水平,加強對教練的培養(yǎng)考核工作。拓展訓(xùn)練課程的設(shè)計嚴(yán)格根據(jù)客戶單位需求出發(fā)進行編排項目。與酒店、車隊、基地等第三方提前確認(rèn)信息,做好后勤保障工作。5加強對教練工作人員的安全意識的教育工作,規(guī)范拓展教練的操作流程。為參訓(xùn)人員購買短期人身意外險。6、適應(yīng)市場發(fā)展需求,以客戶需求為導(dǎo)向,因人而異,定制人性化的拓展實施方案,酒店,基地,教練根據(jù)客戶需求都可以靈活處理,積極發(fā)展。7、充分利用其優(yōu)勢基地資源和穩(wěn)定的客戶資源,及其地方連鎖的品牌優(yōu)勢,積極開拓新型業(yè)務(wù)為企業(yè)創(chuàng)收。同時個案公司需要盡快扭轉(zhuǎn)拓展教練整體專業(yè)度不高、課程創(chuàng)新研發(fā)能力薄弱的頹勢,抓住時代發(fā)展的機遇,做好業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型的思想準(zhǔn)備,勇于面對挑戰(zhàn),用專業(yè)品牌優(yōu)勢與不公平競爭現(xiàn)象作斗爭并盡快擺脫課程同質(zhì)化的困境。
[Abstract]:Using the method of literature, interview, case analysis, mathematical statistics, and questionnaire, this paper studies the development status of Nanjing's expansion training, including expanding training projects, expanding training coaches, expanding training bases, expanding training students, spreading training security and developing training process and operation model of case company. The related problems are thoroughly combed, analyzed and summarized; using the SWOT theory to analyze the case company, and practice participation in the development of training courses, find out the problems in the development of the case company and give the corresponding countermeasures. In order to provide reference for the development of other companies, the conclusions and suggestions are as follows: 1, the main conclusions are as follows: the main conclusions are as follows: 1, the curriculum system of the case company is more perfect, the traditional project is more, but the project renewal is less, the development training project of independent research and development is less, the innovation of the training project is not enough to be.2, and the case company is part of the extension The number of training and professional certification of the 32 coaches of the case company is only 4, accounting for 12.5% of the total number, and the professional quality of the employees is different. The case company develops a more systematic management system, the compensation and welfare system is perfect.3, and the case company has multiple investment and development training bases. The development of base transportation is convenient, the environment is beautiful, and the supporting facilities are complete. But when the cost of base management and maintenance is too high, the base maintenance is not in place, the.4 has occurred. The overall satisfaction of the trainees to the case company is higher. The evaluation of the coach's performance is very different and the professional level of the coach is extended; the course content is designed. The staff evaluation is basically consistent, the project arrangement is more pertinent, practical and enlightening; the students approve the logistics support of the case company and the service work in the field.5. The case company's development training has been developed for nearly 5 years, and there has not been a major safety accident, but various kinds of scratch accidents continue to be.6, and the case company combines its own rich and special special. The base resources of the industry, coaching resources, coaching with local hotels, provide high quality development training courses for the trainees, using the operation model.7 combined with one yuan and two yuan, using the SWOT analysis method to analyze the development training of the case company, enriching the stable customer resources, the advantages of the safety professional base, and the advantages of the local chain brand. The development of the case company has laid a solid foundation for the development of the training. At the same time, it expands the overall professional degree of the coach, expands the cost of the construction and maintenance of the base, the cost of the coach is too high, and the ability of the independent research and development of the course has become the restrictive factor for the development of the training of the case company. There are many opportunities for development of tourism business and the development of parent-child curriculum. At the same time, it is also faced with the external challenge of fierce competition in the market and the serious internal challenge of developing training course. 1, the conclusion of the paper is to expand training on the basis of existing training courses. Project R & D investment, integration of advantages projects, design independent research and development of the development of training courses to meet the needs of the current development of training.2, improve the professional degree of training coaches, pay attention to the qualification of the development of coaches, and attract higher education professionals to expand the training industry from the business. Meanwhile, the case company needs to reverse the development of the overall professional degree of the coach as soon as possible, the weak development ability of the curriculum innovation, seize the opportunity of the development of the times, and do a good job in the business transformation. Prepare to face challenges, fight against unfair competition with professional brand advantage and get rid of the dilemma of curriculum homogenization as soon as possible.
