【摘要】：我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展目前正處于“三期疊加”的關(guān)鍵轉(zhuǎn)折階段,其中,完成產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級(jí)和全面建成小康社會(huì)是“十三五”時(shí)期的主要任務(wù)和目標(biāo)。這不僅關(guān)系到我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)未來(lái)的發(fā)展格局,更關(guān)系到重要的民生問題。而這目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)有賴于流通產(chǎn)業(yè)這一現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展,同時(shí),還關(guān)系到居民消費(fèi)領(lǐng)域的升級(jí)。從社會(huì)再生產(chǎn)過程來(lái)看,流通產(chǎn)業(yè)是連接生產(chǎn)與消費(fèi)的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),也是提高經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行效率和擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需的重要領(lǐng)域。隨著國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)逐步進(jìn)入新常態(tài),流通創(chuàng)新能夠?yàn)榇龠M(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)和滿足城鄉(xiāng)居民日益增長(zhǎng)的消費(fèi)需求發(fā)揮不可替代的作用。從居民消費(fèi)水平的角度來(lái)說,在國(guó)民收入不斷提高的背景下,居民消費(fèi)總量、消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)和消費(fèi)模式等均發(fā)生了明顯變化,為流通產(chǎn)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型創(chuàng)新發(fā)展提供了動(dòng)力。因此,本文在分別論述流通創(chuàng)新和消費(fèi)升級(jí)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,從理論和實(shí)證角度研究了流通創(chuàng)新和消費(fèi)升級(jí)的互動(dòng)關(guān)系。認(rèn)為在社會(huì)再生產(chǎn)中,流通與消費(fèi)之間相互影響,流通創(chuàng)新與消費(fèi)升級(jí)之間亦存在著長(zhǎng)期、相互促進(jìn)、互動(dòng)發(fā)展的密切關(guān)系。并給出政策建議,在重視二者之間互動(dòng)關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上,大力發(fā)展流通產(chǎn)業(yè)的創(chuàng)新,充分發(fā)揮流通創(chuàng)新對(duì)消費(fèi)升級(jí)的促進(jìn)作用和消費(fèi)升級(jí)對(duì)流通創(chuàng)新的動(dòng)力導(dǎo)向作用,以實(shí)現(xiàn)流通產(chǎn)業(yè)與居民消費(fèi)領(lǐng)域的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展、共同進(jìn)步。
[Abstract]:The economic development of our country is at present in the key turning point of "three phases superposition", among which, it is the main task and goal of the 13th Five-Year Plan period to complete the optimization and upgrade of industrial structure and build a well-off society in an all-round way. This is not only related to the future development pattern of China's economy, but also related to important livelihood issues. The realization of this goal depends on the innovation and development of circulation industry, a modern service industry. From the perspective of social reproduction, circulation industry is the key link between production and consumption, and it is also an important field to improve the efficiency of economic operation and expand domestic demand. With the national economy gradually entering the new normal, circulation innovation can play an irreplaceable role in promoting sustained economic growth and meeting the increasing consumption demand of urban and rural residents. From the point of view of residents' consumption level, under the background of increasing national income, the total consumption amount, consumption structure and consumption pattern of residents have all changed obviously, which provides a motive force for the innovation and development of circulation industry. Therefore, based on the theory of circulation innovation and consumption upgrading, this paper studies the interactive relationship between circulation innovation and consumption upgrading from the perspective of theory and practice. In the process of social reproduction, there is a close relationship between circulation and consumption, and between circulation innovation and consumption upgrading. On the basis of paying attention to the interaction between the two, we should develop the innovation of circulation industry, give full play to the role of circulation innovation in promoting consumption upgrading and the driving force guiding role of consumption upgrading to circulation innovation. In order to achieve the coordinated development of circulation industry and residents in the field of consumption, common progress.
