【摘要】：中俄兩國(guó)間的貿(mào)易也由90年代初靠小商小販肩扛手提貨物、包機(jī)包稅空運(yùn)散貨等“倒?fàn)敗辟Q(mào)易形式或易貨貿(mào)易形式,發(fā)展到2000年以來靠海陸空裝運(yùn)集裝箱等各種貨運(yùn)途徑、以信用證和預(yù)付款等為支付手段的多種貿(mào)易形式共存。從2007年中國(guó)在俄商人遇到了困難。俄羅斯由于過分擔(dān)心外國(guó)勞動(dòng)力,開始對(duì)移民實(shí)行“緊縮”政策。2007年1月15日,“移民法修正案”正式生效。從2007年4月1日到12月31日,外國(guó)人在零售業(yè)總?cè)藬?shù)所占比例降為零,也就是說禁止外國(guó)人從事零售業(yè)。2009年6月29日關(guān)閉位于莫斯科東部已存在20年的切爾基佐沃大市場(chǎng)(中國(guó)商人為6萬人)。原因是貨物是為通過“灰色清關(guān)”方式進(jìn)入的。中國(guó)商人在俄羅斯做生意時(shí)遇到了很多困難。哈巴羅夫斯克市是一個(gè)俄羅斯遠(yuǎn)東的城市。2014年在哈巴羅夫斯克邊疆區(qū)有114外國(guó)個(gè)人業(yè)務(wù)和農(nóng)場(chǎng)。對(duì)做買賣生意的人2014-2015年俄羅斯的經(jīng)濟(jì)態(tài)勢(shì)還變成了不好。在哈巴羅夫斯克中國(guó)的商人在等新的變化。以前影響因素還加了一個(gè):盧布的降低。為了研究在哈巴羅夫斯克中國(guó)商人的業(yè)務(wù)情盧布降低以后況是否改變了我們?nèi)チ斯土_夫斯克做調(diào)查。調(diào)查表包括29個(gè)問題,都是為了研究他們業(yè)務(wù)的計(jì)劃,他們現(xiàn)在的狀況,對(duì)他們的業(yè)務(wù)計(jì)劃什么因素有最大的影響。根據(jù)調(diào)查的結(jié)果做了調(diào)查分析,結(jié)果的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析包括線性分,Logistics回歸,因子分析。根據(jù)做的分析寫促進(jìn)中國(guó)商人在哈巴羅夫斯克小額貿(mào)易發(fā)展的對(duì)策。按照我們研究的影響因素我們也想通了俄羅斯和中國(guó)兩個(gè)國(guó)家能給在哈巴羅夫斯克中國(guó)的商人能提供什么樣的幫助。根據(jù)中國(guó)在哈巴羅夫斯克商人的需求和俄羅斯和中國(guó)能提供的條件我們寫了給俄羅斯政府的建議和給中國(guó)政府的建議
[Abstract]:The trade between China and Russia has also developed from the "inverted" trade form or barter trade form from the early 1990s to various freight channels such as sea, land, air and air shipping containers, and so on, depending on small merchants' handheld goods, air cargo, charter flights, taxes, air freight, bulk cargo, and other forms of trade in the early 1990s.Various forms of trade, such as letters of credit and advance payments, coexist.Chinese businessmen in Russia have encountered difficulties since 2007.Russia, too worried about foreign labor, began to "tighten" its immigration policy. On January 15, 2007, amendments to the Immigration Act came into effect.From 1 April to 31 December 2007, the share of foreigners in the total number of retail sales fell to zero.That is to say, foreigners are banned from retailing. On June 29, 2009, it closed down the Chellkizovan market, which has been in eastern Moscow for 20 years. (the number of Chinese businessmen is 60,000.The reason is that the goods are entered by way of "grey customs clearance".Chinese businessmen have encountered many difficulties in doing business in Russia.Khabarovsk is a city in the Russian far East. In 2014, there were 114 foreign personal businesses and farms in the Khabarovsk region.Russia's economy in 2014-2015 has also turned out to be bad for traders.Chinese businessmen in Khabarovsk are waiting for new changes.A previous factor was added: a drop in the rouble.In order to find out if the rouble has changed in Khabarovsk, we went to Khabarovsk to investigate.The questionnaire included 29 questions to study their business plans, their current status, and what factors had the greatest impact on their business plans.According to the results of the investigation and analysis, the results of statistical analysis.Results the statistical analysis included linear logistic regression and factor analysis.According to the analysis of the promotion of Chinese businessmen in Khabarovsk small trade development countermeasures.Based on the factors we studied, we also figured out what kind of help Russia and China could offer to Chinese businessmen in Khabarovsk.According to the needs of Chinese businessmen in Khabarovsk and the conditions that Russia and China can offer, we have written proposals to the Russian government and to the Chinese government.
