【摘要】：中國幼兒游樂產(chǎn)業(yè)正處于蓬勃發(fā)展的時期,如何將游樂、教育做到完美融合,是現(xiàn)今整個行業(yè)共同探討的問題,如何讓企業(yè)生存、發(fā)展,如何識別和控制風險,也是創(chuàng)業(yè)者共同關注的主題。創(chuàng)業(yè)者通過實地研究、發(fā)放問卷、訪談的方法,對國內兒童樂園的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行了調查分析,基于對綿陽市內的兒童樂園在營業(yè)時間、客流、收費等方面的情況進行了詳細的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計分析,撰寫了詳細可行的創(chuàng)業(yè)方案。本方案共分為八個部分,第一部分為緒論,介紹了創(chuàng)業(yè)背景、研究方法,分析了國內外現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢;第二部分主要分析了創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境和綿陽市兒童游樂行業(yè)的供需現(xiàn)狀;第三部分詳細闡述了綿陽市HAPPY LAND兒童成長樂園的產(chǎn)品和服務,包括產(chǎn)品定位、特色服務、課程、項目和活動設置等內容;第四部分通過研究分析,創(chuàng)業(yè)者初步確定了綿陽市HAPPY LAND兒童成長樂園的營銷戰(zhàn)略;第五部分詳細介紹了綿陽市HAPPY LAND兒童成長樂園相關規(guī)定制度;第六、第七部分主要是對綿陽市HAPPY LAND兒童成長樂園盈利模式、財務和風險進行預測和分析。最后一部分主要是總結整個創(chuàng)業(yè)方案。
[Abstract]:China's toddler recreation industry is in a period of vigorous development. How to integrate recreation and education perfectly is a common problem discussed by the whole industry today. How to make enterprises survive and develop, how to identify and control risks,It is also the subject of common concern for entrepreneurs.Through field research, questionnaires and interviews, entrepreneurs investigated and analyzed the current situation of the development of children's parks in Mianyang, based on the children's parks in Mianyang during business hours, passenger flow,Charges and other aspects of the detailed statistical analysis of data, wrote a detailed feasible business plan.The project is divided into eight parts, the first part is introduction, introduced the background of entrepreneurship, research methods, analysis of the current situation and development trends at home and abroad, the second part mainly analyzes the entrepreneurial environment and Mianyang children's recreation industry supply and demand situation;The third part elaborates the products and services of Mianyang HAPPY LAND Children's Development Paradise, including product orientation, characteristic service, curriculum, project and activity setting, etc.Entrepreneurs have preliminarily determined the marketing strategy of HAPPY LAND Children's growth Paradise in Mianyang. The fifth part introduces in detail the relevant regulations and systems of Mianyang HAPPY LAND Children's growth Paradise; sixth,The seventh part is mainly to forecast and analyze the profit model, finance and risk of HAPPY LAND child growth park in Mianyang city.The last part is to sum up the whole business plan.
